(October 18, 1927 June 9, 2007) Alex passed away in his sleep after a short but intense illness. Predeceased by his wife Margaret, he will be missed by his children Melanie Blake (Richard) and Drew (Dina). He is survived by his only sister, Margaret Sipos, and by his six grandchildren, Adrian, Alex, Vass, Andrea, Dimitra, all of who made him very proud. He also leaves behind his loving and faithful partner of many years, Solange Dubois Gagnon and family. Alex was a simple man of simple tastes whose goal in life was to make memories and this he did with so many friends and acquaintances throughout his lifetime.
