It’s amazing how @GetSpectrum absolutely does not care about their customers. Sucks when they’re the only option for internet. Wish @verizonfios was an option in Buffalo. Very annoying.

. @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum is terrible. I’m in the city of Buffalo so they’re my ONLY option for internet. They keep sending me “deals” but it’s always the same crap. I have DirecTV Now, and Spectrum is not even close to their level. And $9.99 to install a cable box MYSELF!

@GetSpectrum Spectrum has been charging my bill $24.99 for the past 2 months for TV Streaming. Called to get a refund as we didn’t authorize this. Wouldn’t refund whole amount. Now onto the public service commission

@AllentownJ @GetSpectrum This seems to be their MO whether on the phone or in the store. That is one of the reasons why I went with Verizon this time around because of their customer service staff, for high prices, intermittent WiFi and cable that always freezes as a bundle is not worth it.

@redemptionarcs @GetSpectrum We have two providers where i live and one is cheap and sucks and the other is expensive and sucks only a little less - for cable, only one service? unless you do satellite and that is so expensive.

@Ask_Spectrum I doubt you can help after you cancelled my first install request without telling me, then neglected to send survey/construction out (after the tech said he would) before the install that was supposed to happen today (and obviously isn't, because we need survey/construction).
