Dying Night is protagonist V's own weathered pistol, and it's the first iconic weapon that players can get ahold of early in the game. It is a great early weapon to grab, as it's fully automatic and rather easy to control, making quick work of any low-level street punks. Dying Night can be obtained from the 2nd Amendment gun store located in V's apartment building.

Simply walking by the shop will give the player a quest called "The Gun." This can be easily completed by talking to the shop owner, who will hand the pistol over to V. The Dying Night is considered the only Tier One weapon available in Cyberpunk 2077.

As players move through the club and into the basem*nt to reach Judy, Lizzie can be found simply sitting on a table in the back area of Judy's Braindance setup. The co*cktail Stick is a powerful melee weapon available early on during Cyberpunk 2077's main quest, after completing the main mission "Automatic Love," the same quest where Lizzie's pistol can be acquired. Go upstairs while searching the Cloud Club into the dressing rooms, where this katana can be found.

There are hefty stamina costs involved with using the co*cktail Stick, but its armor penetration and bleeding chance more than make up for this. When it comes to shredding through armor and dealing damage over time, it's one of the best early-game choices and looks incredibly stylish to boot.

Players can Find the Skippy Laying on the Ground

Unlike many other powerful weapons that require players to complete certain Cyberpunk's main or side missions, the Skippy can be found simply lying on the ground in Haywood. There's a fence close to the College Street fast travel point, and after climbing it, this gun can be found next to a corpse.

Skippy talks to the player and comes with two modes, called Puppy Loving Pacifist and Stone Cold Killer. The former only shoots at limbs while the latter only does headshot damage, but with a whopping eighty-five percent extra headshot damage. After killing fifty enemies with Skippy, it'll switch permanently to the opposite mode, so it's recommended to choose the one players don't want at first.

If players want to build a V that is a cybernetic samurai, slinging swords throughout the city in lieu of bullets, this katana is one that cannot be missed. One of the best katanas in Cyberpunk, Satori is easy to miss during the early main quest "The Heist" in which V and Jackie infiltrate Yorinobu Arasaka's penthouse. During the quest, things go awry, and Jackie and V must flee the area. The game directs them to exit through the window, onto the building ledge.

However, if V takes a detour, the player can instead scale the penthouse's steps to the roof and find a hovercar that contains the antique katana. Though it may not seem so at first, Satori is incredibly powerful. It deals lower base damage, but the sword's ace in the hole is that its critical hit damage is through the roof. A V that is built to use blades and centered around critical hit percentages can do massive damage wielding this easy-to-obtain katana.

Obtainable through the early-game side mission "Losing My Religion," the Fenrir is an incredibly strong power SMG that can apply numerous effects onto enemies. Rather than being a quest reward, players can find Fenrir inside the warehouse right where the quest giver's kidnapped brother is.

Its shock center can shock enemies, and its unique modifier also lets players apply thermal damage which has a chance to burn enemies. When combined with its one-hundred percent headshot multiplier, the Fenrir is easily one of Cyberpunk 2077's best starting SMGs.

Kongou can be found during the same mission as Satori, "The Heist." However, instead of being found on the roof, Kongou is even easier to find — but equally easy to miss. Players will find it sitting on the nightstand next to the bed on the ground floor of the penthouse. Be sure to snag this great pistol along with Satori, as this is the only chance to acquire this unique gun.

The Widow Maker is a tech precision rifle that is easily one of Cyberpunk 2077's best early-game picks for its damage and utility. It doesn't take long to unlock, either, as it's obtainable during the "Ghost Town" mission which unlocks when players complete the prologue. After choosing to take revenge on Nash and defeating him, players are rewarded with the Widow Maker.

The Widow Maker can be charged to deal increased damage and gives players a better view of their surroundings by letting them look through walls. Not only does the Widow Maker have a ridiculously high headshot modifier, but it also has a chance to deal poison damage over time, finishing off whatever health enemies have left.

Cottonmouth One-Handed Club

The Cottonmouth is a powerful blunt One-Handed Club. Although it's non-lethal, it has a powerful modifier with elemental effects. The Cottonmouth can be found in the Main Quest, "The Space in Between," on a coffee table in the Fingers' Clinic.

When it's equipped, it deals Electrical and Chemical damage with a 25% chance of applying Shock or Poison. If it infects Shock, it deals 50 bonus Electrical damage instantly.If it inflicts Poison, it deals 2% of the target's health every 5 seconds as Chemical damage.

Randomize Effects with the Chaos Tech Pistol

Pick Up Chaos from Royce

Chaos is a Tech Pistol that can be charged to release a powerful shot. On top of that, it has a fantastic Headshot Damage Multiplier of an extra 150% damage. It also has a 50% increase in Armor Penetration and 10% increase for Bleeding Chance. Chaos is unique in its effect to randomize the weapon's Damage Type and the Crit Chance on each reload.

Players can find Chaos during the Main Job, "The Pickup." It's dropped by Royce. However, it can only be obtained if Royce is neutralized during the negotiations or by becoming hostile to Maelstrom or by letting Militech kill him. Even though you can encounter Royce in the mission "Second Conflit", it's not possible to get the Chaos pistol from him during that mission.

The Prejudice Power Assault Rifle Recoils Shots

Prejudice is one of Rogue Amendiare's signature weapons. Prejudice has a unique modifier that synergizes with Pride, an Iconic pistol. When an enemy is neutralized using Pride, switching to Prejudice will result in no ammunition being consumed from its magazine for 5 seconds. Additionally, the first shot fired with Prejudice will be a guaranteed Critical Hit. When health is below 40%, the fire rate increases by 40% and recoil is reduced by one-third.

Players can find the Prejudice during the Main Job, "For Whom the Bell Tolls." It'll be at the Afterlife club when players are gearing up for the job. This makes it one of the easiest Iconic weapons to obtain in Cyberpunk 2077. It can also be received as an Ending Reward every time a player finishes an ending with a character, and it's not already in the save file.

Jinchu-Maru can be obtained in the Main Job, "Play It Safe," where players will have to fight Sandayu Oda in a boss fight. After they're defeated, Jinchu-Maru can be collected. This is a strong katana for future boss fights since it deals an extra 10% in damage to Elite and Boss enemies.

The Prototype: Shingen Mark V is one of the best Submachine Guns in Cyberpunk 2077. Its iconic modifier allows players to track and lock on up to three targets simultaneously while aiming. It also fires explosive protectives with a 30% chance of inflicting Burn on the targets.

Players can find the Prototype: Shingen Mark V inside the Arasaka Industrial Park. However, players must be prepared since it's heavily guarded by strong enemies. It's located inside a trailer marked "667" on the loading dock's exterior.
