Truly a massive outlet mall with a large variety of shops for all sorts of needs. It was really spacious and felt like you can walk around for a long time. The shops all had really good deals going on and worth visiting especially if you’re coming from outside Michigan for a shopping spree.

Great mall, good variety of stores. Many food vendors and nice restaurants. Has lego land, aquarium, peppy pig and rain forest Cafe. You need to reserve those before going.

A huge mall with various choices, may take the whole day to walk around and take a thorough look at every shop, but if you know what you want to buy, it’ll just take half a day. I came here first time on a weekday, so the parking lot was rather empty. The shops were easy to navigate; you just go straight from any entrance and there would be the number of “district” for your reference. The food court has some decent options but I wish there were more. The bowling/arcade game space is a fun stop for families. Other than that, there were not many differences in terms of deals or varieties of items (you can find the same in any TJMaxx, Marshalls, Macy’s, etc.)

This is a beautiful place. Large stores. The store fronts have nice displays. You can find whatever you need. Including a food court. Hours are 11:am to 9:pm.

It's a wonderful place to go..not counting all the stores and restaurants and the fact it has 2 attractions sea life and Legoland in it. both of them places was really fun my grand kids had a blast. but in the middle of the mall they have a big play area for the kids and its free.👍👍

Great Lakes, Great Outlets, Great discount. A place where you get all branded things with great discounts. You at least need 2 days to completely look into this huge mall.

One of the best Malls in metro Detroit. People travel from out of town to shop here. Great Lakes Crossing is well maintained and a great destination especially in the winter months when you are looking for a place to get away from the snow. The food court offers a variety of options for dining. Additionally the multiplex theater offers another venue for entertainment.

We love this mall! There's LOTS to do for families, young and old. We loved Legoland, the Cafe and the Aquarium.

Full days worth of fun activities! Aquarium, lego land, shopping, a carousel, huge kids play area, nice food court, ETC! Very family friendly and worth the drive!

Last week on Saturday, I been waiting for 7 years to come back to the mall I luv, and in fact, me and my fellas had a get together to hang each other to have a great time and soon, we love to hang the mall time and time again. 😃😃😃

One of the best outlets malls to get deals at. They have a movie theatre, legoland, a good amount of restaurants around, and plenty of very good stores. A must visit place if you are visit east Michigan area.

This outlet mall have most of the name brands here. Like Nike, Ecco, Foot Locker and much more. If you are willing to work and search high and low you can find some good quality products that’s deep discounted.

Too busy, not enough cashiers at stores. Lineups inside were sometimes 20+ minutes. A lot of selection but you really have to search for good deals. Not that many outlet stores, just brand name retail.

The shopping was good, we got great deals, but they don't have any control of traffic. It's Black Friday; they were supposed to know they would be busy and traffic would occur. We are waiting about 3 hours to get out of the parking area. (Edit) A car caught fire, and we are still stuck for 5 hours! (Edit) Seven hours total, I'm sorry, but no more Black Friday in this place.

American malls are dead... EXCEPT THIS ONE! I couldn't believe how PACKED this mall was! But they definitely are doing it right. They have improved upon the in person shopping by adding in plenty of experiences. The Rainforest Cafe is stimulating. The aquarium and lego world are engaging. All of this plus a bustling food court offer families a full day of entertainment! Well done!

It’s a beautiful mall! Very big and “Michigan Largest Outlet Center” is a quite living up to its name. It is our first time visiting this mall.Lots of big brand store and other store that are located in this mall. Surprisingly, there is an aquarium located within the mall as well bowling alley if you want to take a break. There’s is a lot of different activities inside. Aesthetically the mall has different theme as you move on different zone.I live layout of the mall as well, it allows you to go in one direction and very fluid. This means you can visit all the store without going back and forth. There’s a lot of parking space, it didn’t take us that long to find one. Unless it was already late by the we got there. Speaking of time, you’re going to need almost half of your day if you want to visit store and find a good deal. Make sure you give yourself that amount time.I will be back to this mall whenever we visit Michigan again!

We had such a great time at SeaLife with the family. After, we walked around the beautiful and clean mall, I loved it. It's a nice place to walk around and get out of the house.

1st time to this amzaed place.. There are so many stores. It was great to see people out and shopping and not ordering online. Food court has many options to pick from. They even have an aquarium to visit.

Yes a very spacious and enchanting shopping outlet of all major brands . So nicely organized and looks to be a favorite shopping center for people in about 50 miles radius ! Garments, footwears, jewelleries, electronics, toys , sportswears of every popular and not so popular brands can be found .One must plan this visit as even a day is not enough to take stock of availability of the things . Excellent play area for children and nice food court

Nice, clean mall that reminds me of Vaughan Mills in Toronto. It has a nice play area in the food court for little children that can give them a break. I'm not sure if we were really tired but it seems like the bathrooms were very far apart. Good selection of stores, otherwise.

Big variety of shops under 1 roof. Lots of bargains. Nicely laid out food court with entertainment for the whole family. Found a halaal takeaway shop also which was a bonus.

Stadium is great, I can not believe they managed to have the whole stadium with AC. The parking is not as bad as other stadiums, you don not have to walk as much. You mite think is a lot, but compared to others is not bad at all. Also staff was very good, not sure if they use same staff for games and events, but when I went, staff was helpful. There is enough bathrooms, mite get a little crowded is is full but it’s not that bad.

Atmosphere was amazing at the Lions 🦁 game. All people are nice, welcoming and friendly! Food was pretty good as for a stadium, the stand with roasted almonds was our absolute favorite! Everything was organized on a very good level! There are employees everywhere, but you feel comfortable. I love how there was no trash thrown on the floor not only inside of the stadium, but also outside, around it. We noticed it as we were leaving. That tell a lot about how people have respect for one another and the city where they live. And it was nice to see friendliness and good vibes at the stadium in general.

Great venue. Lions games are great to experience. No line to bathrooms. Short line for concessions. Self-pay check out, plenty of food and drink vendors, overall a great time. Very loud. Brought ear plugs. Crowd control made it easy to get in with only a minute to get through security and about ten minutes to exit.

What a great time we had watching Detroit and the Bears!!! My fiancee and I stayed downtown close to the stadium. Everything is close and convenient. I will definitely be coming back to watch another game.All the workers we move and friendly. Beer and drinks were good. Even the spectators were fun and friendly. We had an amazing time!!!

Great place to go and see an event. The layout is nice. As always really need to do something about those prices at the concession stands. It's just out of control. Talk about price gouging. Should actually be illegal. Other countries have agencies that regulate the prices of these types of things because well, they must just care more. Shout out to my Europeans!

Only been for concerts, not football games. Most of the staff is wonderful and helpful but occasionally, you get a bad egg.There are no "blocked view" seats which is great, and like most stadiums, the food and beverages are overpriced and underrated, but there are options here, which is nice.They have a designated parking structure but we prefer to park about a 10min walk away cause that helps traffic clear out a bit by the time we get to our car.PS: as a bonus note, they allow breast pumps and have a designated pumping/nursing room for moms!

We love this place! I have been here a few times for lions games but this time, my daughter got the chance to dance with the Detroit Lions Cheerleaders! Such a cool experience. For the games, there are so many places to eat and drink choices. The club seats are the best and it's always a good time coming here. I can't wait for football season again!

Great experience for my 1st NFL game. Lions capped it off with a win! The venue is nice and the seats aren't too tight. Lots too look at and take in. If you get there before the game, drink prices are very reasonable!

Went to the Packers vs Lions Thanksgiving game. The stadium has great a concourse to get around. The concession prices are reasonable compared to other stadiums.

Just saw michigan panthers. Decent football for what it is.Great venue to watch the game. Really clean, nice staff.Parking was easy and easily got in and out.Will definitely go back to watch more panther football games.

Came to Ford field to watch supercross! Great experience, friendly staff, many food and drink options all throughout the facility and plenty of clean bathrooms avaliable all over. Our seats were in section 205c so we got the club level experience and it was well worth it! Soft cushioned seats, own food vendors and bars! Highly recommended club level seat for any events!

Besides the Lions losing always—great field house! So many food and drink options. Gluten free buns and food can be found on Ford Field’s website for locations and sections. I love when they have the massive Christmas tree up for the Thanksgiving game. Clean walkways but they get busy at the end of the game. Go to security further to the right for a shorter line.

We attended the monster jam truck show. It was awesome and loud. Everyone was courteous. Our seats were great. Ford Field did not feel crowded even though there were way more people than I thought at this event.

Ford Field is an awesome venue! We went for a concert (not into sports haha) but the view was amazing, and the stage was right in the center, so people all around had a great view. The arena itself is easy to navigate and filled with dozens upopn dozens of places to eat, drink, and snack. The facility was kept clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The arena is cashless, but some parking is cash only. Parking was the biggest pain, but we were later than we should have been.

Love the look and field. Need to get the clubhouse areas more effective. Spent the Entire half time trying to get a beer. That line was Not moving. Also helped Go Lions! We will take the win!

Great venue - clean, modern, well laid out! Awesome atmosphere for the Lions game. We were in the 3rd row from the back, section 324 and still had a great view of the game!! Not a bad seat in the house.

I love Ford field. Being an enclosed stadium, we could go to a we a there with the windchill being below 10 degrees.In addition, we enjoyed the excitement of the crowd being indoors. Employees and security are ultra helpful and friendly.We enjoyed a playoff game in which we watched the Lions win. The lighting and confetti drop was amazing.We highly recommend visiting this stadium.

Beautiful stadium, came here for my first time for a UFL Michigan Panthers game. The process of getting in the stadium was quick and streamlined. Bathrooms are everywhere. My only complaint is that the food was expensive but that was to be expected. I will definitely return for more Panthers games and I look forward to seeing this place filled to brim for the Lions!

One of my favorite Stadiums, though I'm a Lions fan so I might be biased. However, we've been to Stadiums all over the world, even London and this one is set up so well. There isn't a bad seat, you can see from every where.They have tons of food stations, bathrooms, and beer and co*cktail stands. If you are in the lower bowl, you can order food abs drinks right to your chair. If you are in the upper bowl you can order food on the same Lions app and just go pick it up when it's ready. No waiting in any lines.The town itself is so friendly, even to the opposing team. You don't have to worry about getting booed or jumped anywhere in Greek town. The food is amazing and there are great tourist things within a cab or bus ride away. You can even visit Canada with a passport.The food in Greek town is hands down amazing. Doesn't seem to matter where you eat, those people can cook.We like to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown as it's so close to the field, but there is a lot of great hotels close by and even a casino.

Went to the Lions game against Tampa Bay. Had a fantastic time with the family. The atmosphere was electric. The Lions played outstanding football and we got the win. It was awesome. Loved how easy it was to find whatever you were looking for, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place.

Definitely loved the power hour when doors opened for a Lions game. Lots of restrooms and tons of restaurants and vendors. Once the main crowd gets in be ready for a but of a wait at the popular spots.Great seats for a fun home football game. I recently was invited to the Detroit Lions watch party at Ford Field for the NFC Championship game. I'm not a Lions fan, but it was an experience that was for sure to attend the watch party.I know the Lions only control parking on their lots, but there was definitely price gouging for some of the non Detroit Lions owned parking lots. I literally paid $47 to park at the Madison Street parking lot... literally directly across the street from them was $10 parking garage parking.The security situation getting in the stadium was insane. We waited in line an hour just to get inside, and there were only about 25 people in front of us in line. Any NFL or college team or even a high school organization could organize better entry security standards. They need more metal detectors. At each point, they literally have 3 or 4 entry lines merging together just to get through a single metal detector, causing huge delays immediately upon entering.Also, several people claimed to be "handicapped" (with an entire party of people) would walk without assistance to the door and cut to the front of the line, causing near fights to happen.The Lions supposedly had a 50/50 raffle take place at the watch party. On multiple occasions, both before the game and at halftime, I walked through the concourse from sections 101 to 124. I didn't see any staff member sell any 50/50 raffle tickets at ANY time throughout the concourse area.People were openly smoking weed at their stadium seats, but they arrested a drunk fan for running on the field when the game was over.Did I also fail to mention that the 4 projector type screens on the field broadcasting the game would just randomly freeze for several seconds at a time? It was crazy.

Absolutely had an amazing time at Monster Jam 2024! Everything was excellent, extremely organized, and everybody was very friendly as far as customer service goes. Five stars all the way

Home of the Buckeyes, the 3rd largest stadium in the United States at capacity… if you are a fan of the Wisconsin Badgers like I am and was at this game… please save your money and don’t go if you want a good game, it just won’t happen 😂😂. Other than that, was a fantastic atmosphere, loud, passionate… I could only imagine what it’s like during a game against Michigan, I bet it’s nuts 🌰😉😂! Lots of kind fans, few hammered whacks like every college, definitely got to get here at some point!

First time with seats in the Club section of the 'Shoe. Great view of the stage for the concert. Staff inside were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were nice, though there're never enough stalls to handle the rush at intermission or at the end of the concert. Good selection of beverages and food inside. All in all, it was a great experience.

Recently we went to "The Shoe" for the 2024 spring game. It was our third along with a handful of actual games we have attended and Ohio Stadium is always an amazing experience. Plan ahead, get there earlier and give yourself time to walk to and from the stadium to where you parked. I always tell the little ones, the walk is a part of the experience, not just parking but walking the campus. Give yourself the time to take in and truly enjoy the campus, the fans, the atmosphere, the stadium and at the end of the games, don't leave a couple minutes early because the joint singing of Carmen Ohio is full of emotion and feels being well worth the traffic. "How firm thy friendship"! O-H!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere to watch a college football game. The only thing I would say is if you're a big or husky person that seating is tight on the bench seats. We were in the middle of our row in the lower levels & we could barely sit in our seats.

We took the family for the spring game. It was a terrific time.If you're reading this review you probably want to know a few specific things...so.The food was great. We tried the pizza, and the Chicago style dogs. We also purchased a refillable suevinier cup for fountain drinks. I felt prices were reasonable, especially for a sporting event.Bathrooms were easily accessible. Be aware that there is an in and out door, but most people didn't pay too much attention.

Best damn stadium in the land! I recommend going to a game if you have never gotten the chance! Skull session is a must, and walking through the tunnel for first timers! Skull session is where the band plays inside the old basketball arena before games, and the tunnel has an atmosphere like no other! Absolutely one of my favorite places to be!

One of the most iconic football stadiums in America. I have always seen the Horseshoe on television but this was the first time going to visit. The only bad thing about having over 100,000 capacity is the seats are pretty far back from the field. Overall nice to be in the historic stadium and also see an Ohio State Buckeye win as well!

What a great place to see a college football game. The whole vibe is incredible. 100,000+ people is hard to imagine AND it’s very loud at times. I don’t think there’s a bad seat anywhere in the stadium.But what is bad is the entrance process. 3-4 metal detectors right by the gates and you’re trying to squeeze in 8-10,000 people. It’s unrealistic and not handled well. More detectors might help. Maybe a routing system to help with congestion?It doesn’t get any better inside. Limited food and drink stands - I saw several that were closed. We wasted an entire quarter just trying to get sodas and dogs. There’s got to be a better way. Even the drink-only stations I saw weren’t even open.

We came to see Buckeye Fest and it was terrific!!! Stadium was grand from outside , but from inside………. One of the dirtiest stadiums I’ve ever visited!!!!! Don’t get me wrong , I know 50, 000 people will do that . They were totally under staffed . Bathrooms, we’re almost unusable!!!! There just seemed to an “out of control” ness to the air at times . When Were waiting in line and they told you they were out of co*kes, or the next line were you waited another hour and 15 mins to find out they can’t ring you up .

Attended the Buckeye Country Superfest with George Strait, Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town and Warren Zeiders. Fantastic show that ran about eight hours. Sadly our tickets sat us on the visitors side with our rumps suffering on the metal bench all of those hours. Great views, otherwise and I don't fault the venue (although forbidding guests from bringing cushions seems a tad mean-spirited to me). The stadium was a capacity crowd too!

Although getting out of parking lot is awful & police don't seem to care about what they're supposed to be doing this is a great venue for a concert. Beautiful stadium. Helpful staff. Great sound.

Got to bring one of my daughters here for her first football game. Had a great time, everyone was super nice and the atmosphere was great. Really enjoyed seeing the history here and all the activities associated with game day. Hope to be able to come to many games here and celebrate wins everytime.

11th largest field! Built 1922. Gorgeous views everywhere! Turf is plastic material that’s plush! You may reserve a seat for around 5k a year. Or a box for around 45k. Immaculate surroundings. Very kind staff & very hospitable! We were with a private event that gifted us a behind the scenes thru the tunnel and on the field! We also were taken to the press box & Athletic Director area! Surreal to see it all from the 50 yard line! Great memorable experience!

OSU Spring game 2024. Was a great day for a game. The Buckeyes did not disappoint. The stadium hosted a variety of vendors. Love some Dirty Franks! Restrooms were clean and there were plenty to accommodate the crowd. Traffic had a great flow. The CPD did a great job. Overall no complaints.

Possibly the worst stadium I have ever visited. The stadium was disgusting, littered with trash, dust, cobwebs, and urine. I understand that maintaining cleanliness in a stadium is difficult but this was unacceptable. On top of that we witnessed a group of fans racially harass two fans of the opposing team. The only positive was being able to experience a great and glorious victory and watch the stadium quickly empty. However, even that is not enough for me to ever step foot in Columbus again.

We attended a concert here at the beginning of last month. No parking allowed near the stadium, but we found a garage close by pretty easily and walked through campus to get in (really nice by the way!). Very well organized event with pleasant and helpful staff, as well as student workers. Food was typical, nothing exciting or different. We had field seats and had a good view. Definitely would see a concert here again.

Incredible environment! Buckeye nation knows how to tailgate and celebrate! Great tradition and all at a historic venue!

Lived in Ohio all my life and after 55 years I made my first trip to see the Buckeyes.. Parking is great for the most part.. They have free shuttle service which is awesome.. metal seats sucks in the fall..was told I couldn't take my stadium chairs in but could buy foam cushions for $15.. That kinda sucks but whatever.. And if you happen to be a slow walker then stay to the side.. Other then that I enjoyed the experience..

Ohio Stadium aka The Shoe is one of the most beautiful and historic stadiums in all of sports let alone college football. Boasting over 100 years of history and tradition the facilities have been kept modern while still honoring the past. My family and I attended at least one Ohio State Buckeyes football game a year and always do our best to sit in section 21C or 23C. We love the view from there and we love the ushers. The stadium has some of the friendliest and most accommodating staff around. Always doing their best to help out and make sure things go smoothly. They are also very accommodating to those with mobility issues. My family and I go to at least one Buckeyes football game a year and here are some tips we have learned. The elevators to B and C deck are located on the west side of the stadium near gate nine. The skull session starts 2 hours and 20 minutes before kick off at St. John Arena besides a great way to get fired up before the game it’s a great place to find a real restroom besides all the porta potties. While there are many parking lots the lot near Jesse Owens track usually always has spots but it is a walk. Another benefit of parking there is you get to walk by and can easily shop at the buckeyes team shop at the The Schottenstein Center. Parking near the Ag building is closer but will fill up very early. The pictures I’ve posted were taken in section 23 C row 12.

This place is really impressive. You don't really get a feel for exactly how tall this monument is, until you are standing underneath of it looking up. It was a shame that we weren't able to go up to the observation deck, as out time was short, and the line for the elevator was way too long. What an awesome view the property offers though. Truly an honorable memorial for Perry. Next time we come, we will make it a point to ride up to the top. I'm sure that the view is breathtaking

This is a wonderful monument with great facilities. The staff is knowledgeable and the view from the top on a clear day is breathtaking. The island has a ton of attractions and entertainment for kids and adults.

A must visit place in Put-In Bay. The view from the top of the observatory was awesome! The park rangers were friendly and helpful. The ticket to the top of the tower was $10 for adults. It takes around a minute in a classic old elevator to reach the top. The rangers will be there to explain the brief history. In the top there are information boards and also the guards who can explain the view and the information about the islands in sight.

If you want the most fantastic view of the island, you can only go here. It has an elevator to the top to see the whole surrounding islands and area. The monument has great information in the visitor center that tells you all about the battle, history, and the people involved. It is run by park service folk that will answer any of your questions and are friendly and professional. It is also one of the taller monuments in all of the United States. It truely is a beautiful monument, view, and amazing part of history.

I didn't know anything about this memorial until we were on the island and to discover the history behind it was informative and interesting. Unfortunately the elevator was down and we were not able to go to the top, which I'm sure provides breathtaking views. It was still amazing to go into the rotunda and see the inscriptions inside.

Great views from the top! Inside the moment there's a nice history of the monument and the area. It's right next to the Lake Erie shoreline so it's very scenic.

Love the views you get of the different islands, Canada and Lake Erie as a whole!The park rangers were very nice and I was impressed with their knowledge of history!My only complaint is that I wish you didn’t have to reserve a date or time but that’s all! Highly recommend you stop here, it’s worth the time and money!

Main building was closed during off season, but it was very pretty and the lawn was well maintained.

We had an absolutely AWESOME visit to the Perry's Monument during our recent visit to Ohio. I brought my daughters to see where I grew up as a kid, and hadn't been to the top of the monument in about 15 years. The Park Rangers were so professional and welcoming! We were pleasantly surprised when our interagency pass that we earned from being retired disabled military veterans, admitted our whole family. Thank you all for such a memorable visit!

We enjoyed our visit to the memorial but were disappointed that the elevator is out of service due to a lightning strike. I was at the top years ago and it offers a great view far across the lake. Nice visitors center with information on the battle of Lake Erie during the War of 1812. There is actually six officers, three American and three British that are buried under the monument itself. When we were there, two people were dressed as a British officer and sailor and gave a demonstration of firing war-era flintlocks.

This whole time I thought it was a lighthouse. I am so glad we checked it out. First National Park I've been to as well! Slowly connecting the dots of America's history, all the lessons that were crammed into a semester of middle school, remembering only enough to pass a test. It's so much more to see it in person and from a place of genuine interest. The NPS has done a great job. I hope to visit many more National Parks to fill up my passport.

This tower and museum is the best thing to do in Put-in Bay, other than water sports and spending time in parks. The view from the top is great. A must visit.

Didn't even knew this peace memorial existed until our day trip to put in bay. Highly recommend! Don't forget your park pass, it will get you free admission to the top of the monument. Learned some from history about the war of 1812 and how lake eerie was a part of it.

I started going to Thistledown in the 1960's and its still a great horse race track.All the workers are helpful and friendly so if you don't know how to bet on horses just ask and they will be happy to help.I don't really do the slots but the slots floor is very big and has a lot of games.Very clean and well organized. I highly recommend this track / casino.

I can't say enough about this casino I love everything about it. The machines are set to where you will win but you can also lose but you will have fun. Their food is absolutely delicious. Customer service is 100%.

Went to the Ohio Derby at thisledowns.i love when you can sit inside or walk and be outside right by the jockeys trainers and owners. You can get autographs goggles from jockeys talk to them be up close take pictures with them...that makes a great day whether you win or loose it's enjoyable. Nice bathrooms and eating places and nice service. You can play the slots as well in the casino. No table games though.

Hey guys, I don't frequent the casino much anymore because they closed down the free club but I still do go to the restaurants! I have never had a problem at this casino, not with customer service, not at any of the bars or restaurants! I can say that in the past it had been one of my favorite places to go out and dance! Of course people have ruined that with drug taking and outrageous behavior which is caused club to close for good! Hopefully one day they are able to get a reasonable dance club again because it adds such value to the casino, entertainment and revenue. However, if you are into gambling in a good time with not much drama, this is the place.

The casino looks nice enough, but the race track and viewing amenities are atrocious. Everything was dirty, it looked like the spectator deck hadn't been cleaned since the 60's. There are remnants of old monitors and wires hanging all over, stained ceiling tiles, mold, stained seats, literal garbage everywhere,leaking roofs, and sticky seats. We went to experience horse racing for the first time for my birthday, it was fun, but I couldn't wait to shower when I got home. Do better Jack's.

Spent two nights in the parking lot in my camper doing some refrigerator repair work. Had dinner in the casino the first night, shrimp tacos were fabulous! I was planning on having dinner there again the second night, and my wife would’ve joined me, but the casino came out to the camper and said they don’t allow camping in their parking lot. So we left. I’m not a casino person, but it was gorgeous inside. I do love the horse races and would’ve enjoyed attending the races next week now that my fridge is fixed. But if I can’t camp there, I won’t be able to as I am a full-time RVer.

The updates have made it so much more than just what it was originally.I am truly unable to see the ghosts of the past here except for the outside for now (I assume).The machine is either on or off the in-between is sweet when it flows well.Dance and sing with your favorite machine. 😍

No problems with this place. They offer free play pretty often lately. That's usually $15. Think that has been twice a month lately or so. Free parking and close to building. Decent selection of slots. As far as waitresses walking around offering drinks,not sure if they have any honestly. Don't think I have ever been approached there by one. Only times I got something,I had to walk up to bar and ask them for it. Overall pretty good place.

If I could exceed 5 Stars, I definitely would!! Since 2006, I frequented Wheeling Downs&& Mountaineer in West Virginia!!😩I won once out of about 60 trips!! The comps are terrible etc I moved to Avon so I began going to the Jacks downtown on a consistent basis (K member) but felt disgustingly unappreciated when my wins decreased to NOTHING And my free play went from 320 to 35 despite the fact I was going 5 days a week spending WAY TOO MUCH!! So, I decided to try out Jacks Thistledown ONCE!!!! I did fairly well and in a very short time span at that (minutes) Needless to say this casino is better than both West Virginia “casino’s” in all aspects from staff, comfortability, Winnings, food, decor and The atmosphere as a whole!! Shane Morgan is 100% correct in his posted review on here. Jacks is a biased casino. Let me share what I observed at this shady place. They lock the machines for certain players, and as soon as you get up & a new player sits it’s all of a sudden paying out. Mostly to Caucasian players. So they watch from the cameras and disable payouts based on who’s playing. Don’t waste your time or your money. The 5 star reviews are their ppl, trust me. If I could sue this cabal owned casino I would. Not due to losing but due to unfair advantages of winning because they keep locking the machines.This casino should be closed down immediately for the tactics they use in gaming. They won’t get another penny from me.

It was a great day at the races! I highly recommend Thistledown if you want to bet, play the slots or just enjoy watching the horses.

Very unprofessional!!! I was gambling on one of their slot machines this morning and when I hit the cash out button on the machine it said it paid me my balance but no ticket ever came out. I hit the service button as one should in this situation and no one ever came down to the machine for over 45 minutes. I finally had to go to the security desk and inform them of the situation and he told me to go back to the machine and wait. Finally 10 minutes later a slot attendant printed out the ticket for me but after asking a supervisor what can the do for this terrible inconvenience she tells me thank you for being patient but it was shift change and there is nothing that she can do for me. SMH! So unprofessional. At MGM if you have to wait any amount of time for an error on the part of their machines they offer you food vouchers for the inconvenience. Jack needs to go visit an MGM property and learn a few things

I went here for the first time with a group of my friends and I can honestly say none of us will be back. The vibe here is just depressing and the staff are far from friendly. I never expect to walk out a winner but I like machines to at least let you play them for a while but that's not the case here. They just milk you and never pay out anything. We go to all the other casinos in the tristate area and this has to be my least favorite. Terrible experience and definitely will not be back

This casino is freaking ridiculous. After spending quite a bit of money at this location I am told by their kiosks that I don’t qualify for the free gift. After showing that my account has 38,000 credits as you can tell by the pictures attached and they look at my account they realize I should have qualified for it. All that I was told is that at that point in time all they could do was $70 in free play or try to give me the free gift. What the hell is $70 in free play going to do after spending quite a bit at their trashy casino ran by thieves? If you wish to view a full video of the amount spent and an explanation of what they do at these two places of theirs please feel free to visit my you tube at wild wild captain and I will have posted a video explaining everything from those out there that promote these casinos and that’s how they really get paid or how the casinos block you after you have won a certain amount. After that if you choose to continue to go to these two places located in north field and in downtown Cleveland be my guest.Also to give you further proof that they do block accounts and mess with it while you are playing a machine I was on brought up a machine disabled blue screen at $5.15 after I had two excellent hits of 32.75 and 15.50 on a 2.50 bet. While that message was on the screen my card went from a solid green color to a flashing green color. After that message went away I did not have any other decent hits at all. I am actually happy I didn’t put in anymore money after that was done. When the staff was questioned about it all the did was was say it was a machine malfunction or they tried to place the blame on the state of Ohio lottery commission.

It's possible that I've not been there in maybe 5 years. Around 7pm on Thursday, I finally had the opportunity to go. Initially, the parking garage was satisfactory. It's not impressive, but it's alright. There is a shortage of handicap parking spaces and a significant amount of construction. I observed the security guards walking and numerous overhead cameras. Cameras, great! Entrance was impressive, the first half of the casino was really nice, very impressive, well lit. The new and bigger slot machines are great, not my many l like but fine. While they are large and colorful, they take up a lot of space, so I felt like if it wasn't for the size of those machines they could have no others.When you go into the back of the casino, that's where you find the old but goodies. I was a little disappointed because you can tell that little maintenance or upkeep. Older slots look like they've been there for 10 years which they probably had. The machines widows were scratchy and hard to see through cloudy glass. I couldn't really see where some certain symbols were landing, which was very disappointing.There are two smoking rooms. The upstairs room caught my attention. It had big slots, was well-lit, and had a wonderful temperature. I experienced shock and appalled upon my arrival downstairs. It was dark lighting, freezing cold and few ashtrays. There were a few ashtrays filled up at some point. Due to the cold, players leave after 2 minutes. There is a lack of protection from the outdoor elements. The absence of windows, blinds, or even a blue tarp to block that cold wind. Some machines did block a little and outdoor heaters (the ones that worked) did little help against the wind. A couple of players who sat next to me got up 3 minutes later, despite winning.Finally, the machines themselves. The new machines require a minimum of 88 cents to play. Certain machines have been set up to prevent playing anything below that amount. When did this happen?In general, I am not interested in going there. All the improvements that they have done in the front part of the casino and the new sports bar are great. But the way they treat smokers downstairs and the overall ragged appearance of the oldie but goodie machines. It's not a good look. 🦋

We didn't hit here but still a nice casino. I prefer MGM because there are only 2 Jacks and we don't make it here often. There's a good mixture of games. No table games. You'd have to go to the Jack downtown for those. I love that they have giants gold, one of the first games we ever played. They have plenty of parking. Beers were a bit pricey at $8 for a plastic cup of beer. We didnt try there grill this time but it is pretty good. They had a sit down breakfast restaurant a while back that was way better than the current breakfast ciunter.

I haven't been here in years. No free play awarded but I did hit a couple $200 jackpots. Not crowded. No free drink stations which I miss. Big variety of favorites slots.

The only good thing was the free play, for being gone since the middle of last year. My wife and I get more play at the MGM on the money we take. Looks like we might have to try 3 years before coming back next time. Also, I am waiting 30 mins for a soda and getting told from the waitress I canceled the order since it was 30 plus mins from the time you ordered it... SORRY. Today is The Kentucky Derby,The hats were awesome and the amount of people in attendance was phenomenal. The Band sounds great and they had a good range of food to offer on food trucks

I enjoyed my birthday lunch at the buffet. The staff sang Happy Birthday and presented me with birthday cake and ice cream. 🍰 🎈If you love apple pie or strudel get some with vanilla bean ice cream with warm caramel topping. 😋Cece was our server who made sure we felt special and catered to. Well done. She is truly a people person.

This was a great place and my first time visiting. The food at the bar was delicious and the drinks were great. Although I'm not a gambler the slots were really fun. Can't wait to go back.

I'm not a gambler; I went to the MGM Northfield Center Stage to see Gary Clark, Jr. - AMAZING concert with an unforgettable performance from him! I was able to grab great seats for this event and it was money well spent. The staff was very organized and helpful and the stage itself allowed for great first/second row visibility without too much neck strain or discomfort.The ONLY reason why I can't give it five stars is because of the seat spacing: we were packed in there like sardines. Even though the seats themselves were comfortable the neighboring concertgoers and myself all had to shift ourselves a bit too often to accommodate for the lack of space.

Fantastic show and food. Went to see a comedian Tom Sugura. Best show of all his specials. Absolutely hilarious the entire time.

Went to see Tom Jones Concert. Seats are basically folding chairs and somewhat narrow. They do not control the crowd as we had lots of people up and down the aisle throughout the performance. The casino area is small but definitely has lots of tables and slots.

I'm not a big casino person, but the club is beautiful and many beautiful people were there. I attended with a friend the Chaka Khan concert. The staff treated us well and security was very visible. The concert ended without a hitch. For the casino part, the casino has all the expected amenities and get this--free parking!

I always leave my money behind with a smile on my face.Eventually I my leave will some money in my pocket.TAP Sports Bar is spot on food and service every time. Well worth the trip.

Loved it this time I won. Lol but in all truthfulness was clean but they don't have many of the keno machines we like I feel you should have the choice to play 1-4 on every machine or at least all the keno on one machine, so I don't have to try and hop around to try and find a machine to my liking.

Always a fun place to gamble. This casino does NOT have card tables, just slots. Has a couple restaurants, a bar, and complimentary coffee and soda. Plenty of parking, the parking lot is lit up pretty good at night. As always casinos are designed to take your money, but you do get lucky once in a while.

This Buffet just opened up about 4 weeks ago. The selection of good is really fantastic and was beyond our expectations. The chefs were amazing, and they knew their food selection really well, and when you they explained it to you in detailChef Red by far is the best at this buffet and has excellent cooking skills and customer service

Concert/event venue located directly inside of the casino. Purchased last minute tickets to a concert I really wanted to see. This was our first time at this venue. The security and staff directed the crowd through the various site safety measures with ease. There really was not a bad seat in the house. Here are some pics from our seating - section 2 row X. Seats were a little tight and you will certainly make friends with a neighbor pretty quickly. Lots of getting up and sitting down. Narrow isles. Alcohol, water and typical concert snacks were available. Free parking.

What a night!! Saw George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic. AMAZING show. Crowd filled with the energy the band was exuding. So glad I got to see this incredible band.

It was great. We ate at the buffet which was much better than expected. We then watched Kurt Diemer followed by Tesla. Very nice venue. I'll be sure to check out who else is playing there. Great evening

We had a wonderful time at the Akron Zoo! From the moment we walked in the door the staff were so nice and helpful with our membership gift certificate we had. The were really kind and engaging with my 8yo son. It was a hot day so some of the exhibits the animals were hunkered in the shade but by the afternoon things had cooled off so we were able to see almost all the animals being active. The zoo is so walkable that going back to an exhibit is very easy. Definitely looking forward to going back!

One of the nicest zoos we've ever been too. Not to big, not to small. The aquarium exhibits were super healthy. The landscaping was another plus. My favorite part was feeding the goats, they have these large crackers you can purchase such a clean way to feed them.

We went to the Akron Zoo for my grand daughters 4th birthday 🎂. It was a chilly and drizzly evening. We rented 2 of the ride on animals for the kids. The bears and wolves and some other animals were out. The Christmas lights were beautiful! We had so much fun!

My family loves this zoo! It’s smaller in size compared to Cleveland but good for little ones. We got free passes from our local library which made it even better. Workers were friendly & doing a good job cleaning & maintaining everything. There are quite a few animals to see (lions,bear,snow leopard,penguins,lemurs & gibbons were my favorites)

Family fun! Not every gift has to be under the tree, they can be experiences. This is an experience to be had. The lights are amazing. The atmosphere warm and inviting, even on a cold first day of winter❄ in Akron Ohio. Great exercise, hot chocolate,🍫 smores, concession stand (I doors). Great experience with the family. Has plenty of ADA access. A wide variety of animals from different parts of the world with lots of educational information on the species and natural habitats.Cafe was great, we all loved the chicken tenders, and their salad was a VERY generous portion.We attended the Boo at the Zoo event, it was very well executed and organized.

1st time going and I absolutely loved it. It is smaller then the cleveland zoo and really directed towards young kids. Having a 1.5 year old he enjoyed it and all the exhibits were low to the ground. I think if adult kids went they might he bored after a while.Great Cafe, cute zoo.

Akron Zoo has made a lot of improvements around the park for a fun walking experience. Always love coming here with my daughter as we can get through the zoo in about 3-3.5hours

We love the Akron Zoo. Disappointed today after for passes electronically on advance had to wait in the regular admission line just to get in. It was a beautiful day, crowded with lots of little kids as expected. I'm going to say half the animals weren't out. I know this varies according to weather (and avian flu the zoo is having to deal with), but walking from empty viewing area to empty viewing area is sad for little kids.

The zoo is beautiful. It is small enough that younger kids will be able to walk the whole zoo. It feels like you can get closer to the animals. My kids LOVED the otter slide and the otter seemed to have just as much fun swimming around the slide. Most of the birds weren't out because of the avian flu but we did see a couple of them.

Medium sized zoo that took 2 hours to go through. Only a couple exhibits were closed for renovations etc. You paid for parking inside and it was kinda pointless since you didn't put the receipt in your car so it was just free money for them unless you left and came back. There were staff at the popular exhibits to give facts and teach about the animals. There was a good amount of shade at viewing areas and then the aquatic animals so it wasn't too miserable in the sun. The gardens were out of bloom but had potential to be beautiful in the summer. Plenty of seating and random exercise posts in the park I saw one family doing. Extra money is needed to feed goats (($1 a cracker) and ride the train.

This was actually our first visit to the Akron Zoo! I wasn't really prepared as a last minute decision to stop after an appointment at Akron Children's. I would have had sunscreen, extra frozen water bottles, snacks, hats, & water spray fans. There are a lot of nice areas to sit, relax and enjoy throughout the zoo, so we rushed a bit to get through it. Be prepared. Lots of school field trips when we first got there with kids running, screaming and sitting in display areas with little interest in the actual animals. They cleared out and we were able to enjoy most of the exhibits. The architecture and design was really nice, very different from the Cleveland zoo. The otter exhibit with the slide was really fun for the kids. Overall I'd say it was a really good experience, as Cleveland zoo members we only paid like $20, which made it well worth the cost of admission. We'll just be sure to be more prepared next time, so we can spend more time!

We love this zoo! Good selection of animals, it's a clean facility, there's an aquarium... Just a really nice place to spend an afternoon. The LEMURS and RED PANDAS are the best. If you live within a short drive I'd recommend the yearly pass. Pays for itself in a few visits and it's good for 12 months.

Awesome light show. Great activities for the kids. Carousel, train ride, s'mores making station and characters walking around. Great price. Set up of the zoo is great with the layout. Plenty of animals and hands on experience for children indoors and so much fun outside!

Nice, quaint zoo, which allows you to see animals a little closer than other zoos. Very unique selection of animals as well. Went on a winter day, so it wasn't very crowded, which probably helped. But very solid experience for the price. Will be back.

If you haven't been to the Akron zoo yet, you definitely need to get it on your bucket list and put it down as a priority.Hands down, this is such a relaxing, peaceful place to spend any day. Alone, or with family and/ or friends.It's never overly crowded, it's affordable and easy parking and entering.Not only well maintained animal exhibits with fun and interactive walkways, but beautiful garden areas with many Ohio native plants that help to sustain local wildlife and our pollinators.We went for the Christmas lights called the Wild lights and wasn't disappointed. What a wonderful experience for the entire family.

Absolutely the best. Hands down 100% better than the Cleveland Zoo. Clean, full of animals to see, Aquarium included. Only 9$ + parking. Takes about 2+hours to see it all. Well laid out, and easy access for everyone. More animals than Cleveland, now that Cleveland Zoo is in such disrepair. The animals are all out, happy and playful. ☆ only downside the food is nasty, undercooked and over priced, just bring snacks and water with you.

What a wonderful zoo! It is the perfect size for little kids. You can take a packed lunch or enjoy the food in the Komodo Cafe. The carousel is beautiful. There is a place where you can buy snacks for the goats and even pet them. When the weather is warm, there is a small train for kids to enjoy. There is even a VR ride that you can go on. And you can go down a slide that runs through the otter exhibit. The gift shop is very nice as well.The staff is really nice. They were very diligent with keeping the park clean.There are extra fees for the carousel, VR ride, train, and feeding the goats. You can also rent motorized carts that look like animals. They also offer up close encounters with some of the animals. Those fees are listed on their website, and a staff member can also tell you about them.

1st time going to this zoo. It was an amazing experience! We loved the layout!! I highly recommend checking this zoo out! It may be a smaller zoo, but it's definitely worth the experience! We really enjoyed the Wild Lights exhibit!

What a phenomenal experience. We had such a blast here. It is a super nice place, well laid out displays, plenty of room to move around and interact with displays. It has 3 floors with elevators if needed. Seats are spaced out occasionally to take a break. Nice little cafe at the end. All the employees from the front desk to the store were simply wonderful, very welcoming. Great experience I would recommend to anyone.

A little on the pricey side but….Oh man, my trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Ohio was EPIC! From the moment I walked in, it was all good vibes. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home.Bro, let me tell you, this place is like a football heaven! They've got all the cool stuff from the olden days to the latest highlights. The exhibits were boss, showing off the best players, the sickest moments, and how the game has evolved over time. And don't even get me started on the Hall of Fame gallery - that's where the legends live, man!I gotta give props to the Hall of Fame for keeping the history of football alive. They paid tribute to not only the big shots but also the unsung heroes and everyone who's contributed to the sport. It's all about respect, man!And you know what's even better? The place was clean and easy to get around. They had signs everywhere, so I didn't get lost like a noob.

I've never been to any other pro sport hall of fame but it's hard to believe they'd be any better than this. If you're into NFL football in the least way you will love this place. Plan on 3 to 4 hours at a minimum to even scratch the surface of all that's here. They have a tremendous complex in Canton. It's not just the hall there's a stadium ,artificial turf field that you can walk , and many other shopping and dining opportunities in the immediate area. I recommend it to any and all NFL fans. Adult entry is $42 per person but discounts can be had for as little as $10 if you go on Tuesdays which are senior days and your senior of course. Check their website for all the different discount rates that are available that help to make it more affordable. Also they don't advertise it much but this is also the home of the black college football Hall of Fame as well. Many interesting and historical artifacts to be found here.

I haven't been here sometime but it's definitely evolving. It was awesome experience I been coming here since I was kid. Tickets are 40 dollars which isn't bad. Staff is very helpful the sports shop is cool. The history behind this is placed great layout on telling the NFL story. The outside field is good for taking pictures as well as inside the museum. Turn down brightness on phone its glare in most pictures from glass. The shrine headstones are badass. The Cafe inside is convenient. It takes about 2 hrs to get good pictures and see everything. The Super Bowl glass trophy room is nice. The parking was bit tight. Madden room is awesome telling the story. I would definitely come back here again and again. 5 stars GO PATS see you soon Brady!

A wonderful staff along with amazing volunteers ensure everyone has an informative and enjoyable trip. There are personalized tours and various presentations throughout the day.

If you are a football fan, this place is worth visiting. What an experience! Bought our tickets in advance online expecting a crowd. Thankfully there was no wait. The gift shop has affordable items. 2 floors of amazing memorabilia. Stayed all day and toured the entire building.

This was a fantastic experience! The flow of the museum is easy to follow and leads you through the history of professional football from the beginning. It includes plenty of old uniforms, leather helmets and other items from the very early days as well as memorabilia from more recent players. The section with the busts of inductees is spacious enough that it's easy to get pictures of your favorite players. There are also some entertaining interactive exhibits and a cool locker room holographic film. Even my football indifferent family enjoyed themselves.

A must see if you like football or enjoy history. It has the best actual Hall of Fame of all them. The busts are really cool. The museum is also well done. You need at least 2 hours if you really appreciate football.

My kiddo is a huge football fan & was in football heaven! The museum has a great combination of interactive exhibits, memorabilia, & and history--so fun for all ages. Interactive exhibits included computerized activities, a brief historical movie, xboxes (with Madden Football), & other technological touches throughout the museum. A highlight for my boy was the opportunity to play football on the field they have on-site. We all had a great time.

What a cool experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how big this place is and how much there is to see. And I loved the interactive things like the molds of players arms/legs and the play call booth. I'm glad I got to go. And the staff/volunteers are all so pleasant too.

A must see for any Professional Football fan from the ages of 5-95. An amazing collection of NFL memorabilia from the early 1900’s all the way through the current day. A very well put together exhibit at a very reasonably price. U can see the entire exhibit/museum in approximately 4 hours (without rushing & assuming it’s not crowded). I highly recommend getting there at 9 a.m. when they open this way you have the entire day to explore & enjoy it without being rushed. The Bust’s in the Bust room ARE A MUST SEE. TRULY SPECTACULAR!! There are also 2 theaters which are both really cool. One is interactive with holograms & the other is a 8-9 min. movie about the road to the super bowl. If your ever in Ohio or the greater Canton area and are on the fence of visiting, don’t cheat yourself & definitely take the time out to go visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame., you won’t be disappointed.

Went on a weekend that was not busy and got to see all the exhibits with no problem. The staff is super nice, helpful, & informative. Even a not so big football fan would enjoy.

Overall a very cool experience! Had lots of neat displays and interactive media. A must for any football fan. The Steelers special exhibit was awesome.

An excellent museum of pro football for the individual or families that are interested in pro football. It is set up with plenty of interesting facts. The first female official, the first African American to officiate the Superbowl, and many other firsts along with arguably the greatest of players, coaches and supporting members along with equipment improvement and time of evolution.

Absolute once-in-a-lifetime experience that was very well worth it and really hope to be back again! Was able to tour for over 4 hours and still had some areas left over!!

A fantastic time for any football fan. Lots to see. Give yourself at least 3-4 hours.Tip: Also kids admission is cheaper on Thursdays if you buy when you get there.

Loved this place. Great place to learn more about the sport and see some of its past and present.Super helpful staff at every point. Food in the restaurant is good too .The hof store is well stocked and staff really nice and helpful.Pre warning. You will need all day here unless local. We are from the uk and got there about lunchtime and it's not enough time. So we rushed a fair bit toward the end which is a shame.

Gorgeous theatre. Set in a beautiful locale at the side of the river with swans, herons, and rowing teams on it. The theatre is all gleaming glass and bronze-coloured metalwork and is stunning. There is a large paid parking area and on-street parking available. Inside there is loads of space for the cafe, gift shop, and many seating areas (standing tables, seated tables, and soft settee areas), and includes an outdoor patio accessible from the cafe area. The bathrooms are large, accessible, and very clean and well-stocked with paper and free sanitary items. The theatre area is staffed by very helpful, friendly, and well-informed personnel. The theatre is such that there really is no such thing as a bad seat. There is a stage that projects out into the room which is surrounded on three sides by banked seating. The stairs are steep and have handrails on both sides, but, for those needing help with using stairs, the staff are quick to offer either a helping hand or access to an elevator that goes to the stage floor level.

The new state-of-the-art Tom Patterson theatre is gorgeous both inside and out. It's been expertly designed to compete with all other world-class theatres. Beautiful! Can't wait for the 70th anniversary season to begin!

An amazing experience in a beautiful, light filled and airy theatre. The common spaces never felt crowded. You can see the river from wherever you are in the lobby. There were an ample number of washrooms and no queues.The theatre space is lovely and seats were velvety and comfortable.Be sure you enjoy the outdoor patio and the adjacent garden.

First, try the cafe for dining. My sister and I were delighted to have a riverside view, incredible food - so much better than expected. the cafe is open 2 hours before each performance. and the theatre is so well designed, from every seat is an incredible viewing experience.

We were here to watch a play during Stratford festival. Unlike the traditional stage to one side and audience seated to the other, this theatre has stage to the centre and audience seating around. This gives a different experience watching play and makes us appreciate the performers for their effort in capturing every corner’s attention

Exquisitely redesigned theatre and the gardens will certainly fill out as time passes. Loved the outdoor spaces and the beautiful textures of golden steel outside - and cream brick and marble inside. I wish the theatre seats were more comfortable but the thrust stage is intimate and powerful.

One of the finest Festivals anywhere. Top quality shows, venues, experiences. I've attended since 1979. More than worth the drive from the US.

The theatre has ample parking and is well located in town with a nice lobby, good range of snacks/drinks and lots of seating for pre-show and intermission, but we felt that it fell short in two areas. The theatre seats were very uncomfortable...firm bottom and back to the seats, very flat and a bit short on the seat back. As a 6'2" guy, my back was aching by the end of the show. The other was acoustics. I have been going to Stratford for years and found the actor's speech very muffled. They were seasoned actors so I doubt it was a projection issue, but other theatres by design tend to acoustically amplify the speech...everything just sounded dull and muffled to our whole group...made it that much harder to follow the story/plot.

Inside the building on a bright sunny day is enchanting. The lobby is large and U shaped giving the audience space. The cafe and dining area on the river side of the building could be from a fairy castle the transition from outside to inside feels so fluid. Stairs come in at the top - if you have trouble stepping down you will want the back row. The stage is in the same shape as the old building - thrust. Seats are much larger, velvet and firm. Bathrooms have a large number of stalls. There are bars on both sides of the lobby but the river side is also setup as a cafe.

It was my first time at the New Tom Patterson Theatre in Stratford. Saw the play Wedding Band. Fabulous, fabulous performance. I sure hope have an opportunity to see another play there again soon. The way the seating in house has been configured, you can see everything clear and without obstruction from the person in front of you. Cleverly designed! The thing that was different in this theatre was you could take your drinks in with you. Not sure if I like that as the potential of being spilled on could happen. But maybe not??

Oh...my...goodness--what an extraordinary metamorphosis! The new theatre retains the intimacy of old, so valued by those of us addicted to Shakespearan performances. Yet the new facility is expansive, connected to the physical location along the river, and world class in its physical beauty. The sound is extraordinary, the experience reclusive. Hariri could not have done better in a single detail...an extraordinary architectural execution to a difficult transitional objective. Perfect! Bravo! Thank you!

This park has a big shore line with multiple beaches, bike and boat rentals, tours and sunset cruise. This is one of the best parks to visit and experience it's natural beauty, huge trees that offer shade and oxygen, biking and walking trails along the shore lines, sand beaches and clean water. During summer weekends, the beaches will be busy with lot of people and dirty water along shore lines. I suggest going here early in the day to find the best spot but given the shore line stretches across multiple miles finding a beach spot shouldn't be a problem. While it would be nice to have more water activities within the island, you can find them by traveling few miles outside the park. The tour was great which helped us learn about the history of the place. There is a museum to visit within the island and a tower which you can climb up top. I had a great time and will recommend going here.

So I’m going to lead with my family and I visited Presque Isle State Park as tourists and did not know what to expect. The water was cold, but considering that I’m from Miami, that doesn’t surprise me. The sand was incredibly clean. There was plenty of parking. There are tons of beach entrances along the way and we really enjoyed how well kept this place was. In general, we all had such a great time and recommend this place to anyone who is looking to swim in one of the Great Lakes and families who are looking for something to do with the kids. We loved it.

We came here to watch the eclipse and I’m so glad we did! They had a ton of parking but we got there early enough we didn’t have much of an issue. The kids had a blast playing on the beach waiting for the eclipse. The park rangers were also handing out info which was cool and the bathrooms were very close. We are so happy with our choice to watch the eclipse here. I would love to come back to explore the area more someday.

A MUST see in Erie. Or even if you are close. Miles of beautiful beach. Crystal clear water (in May). And the lighthouse and tour were well worth it. There is also fishing and bike rentals. Just amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this place! I would highly recommend it.

This is a great spot for a day trip if you're in NE Ohio or northern PA. There's so much to do & see. Talk to the locals to find all the best spots. The views of Lake Erie are spectacular & of course the sunsets are beautiful. Sara's restaurant is at the entrance of the Isle & is a great spot to get food on your way in or on your way out. There are restrooms throughout the park & from the ones I went into they were all clean. If you have time I recommend driving the entire Isle & seeing it all. You can rent bikes & there's a path around most of the Isle that accommodates the bikes. A walking/running path is also on the Isle if you want to get a workout in. This is a gem for sure with well maintained beaches & sights to see!

Lots of great things to do here, from trails to boating to flying kites and hanging on the beach. This area has a ton of recreational activities. The beach is nice and clean and even though there was a lot of activity it was not crowded at all. Highly recommend.

Beautiful area. Family fun with boating, biking, walking, picnicking and fishing. There are several beaching to go to. Most people go to the first beach to look for sea glass. The bathrooms are clean and located near the roadways. Very nice place to visit.

Have been here many times in the past during afternoons and sunset time. But this was the first time I visited the place after sunset and it was very pretty. With just a little light from moon and the stars, the sky was a beautiful lit canvas which was embellished with thin rain!!One of the best experiences I have ever had.

During my stay in Erie I ran a sunny 13.1 mile loop around the peninsula & wow is it a gorgeous swath of land. It reminded me of the Homer spit in many ways up in Alaska. The beaches are gorgeous & there is a lot of pristine wilderness to be observed. On my run I saw a lot of wildlife which is always thrilling.

Lovely! Beach 11 has accessibility mats up to the water's edge. Sand was clean. Life guards were present. Easy ups are allowed. Restrooms clean but no showers. Only a foot rinse. Parking is unlined so people didn't park efficiently and created long walks to the beach. Great time on July 4. Beach 10 had barrier rocks and geese, with the bold gull. Picturesque!

Beautiful state park. And they do not charge admission to get in. I totally expected to tho and would have. The lighthouses were neat. We toured Presque Isle Lighthouse. You do have to pay for that. We stopped at kite beach to let our son swim. The houseboats in the bay were so cool. Spent 2 hours here could have spent more!

Stop by the Tom Ridge Enviromental Center first if you are new to Erie and dont know the area. They will tell you a lot about the peninsula before you visit.This is a place to explore for several days. Its around 11 miles all the way around and it has several historical monuments and pleanty of opportunities to enjoy the park without disturbing the wild life too much. Some of the monuments are seasonal. So keep that in mind if you are visiting from warmer areas where stuff is open year round. There are tons of trails were you can walk, jog, bike and you can see downtown Erie on one side on lake Erie on the other. Looks more like an ocean that a lake to me. Yes... you will see some folks surfing out there.

This is a great place to take your family. There are a lot of different beach areas to choose from and a lot of different areas to go for a walk or explore. For being in Pennsylvania the beaches are beautiful and very clean. There are multiple lighthouses to explore and take photos of. This is an amazing spot for a family to spend the weekend.

This is one of the best PA state parks that I’ve visited. There is so much to see and do. I was on the beach during the eclipse, it was an amazing experience. I can’t wait to come back here in the summer.

If you d like to visit one American park , this has to be it. I had no idea this area included so many incredibly preserved buildings that are historic and gorgeous. The self guided walking tour is easy and informational. It provides opportunities to see everything from the waterfront to architecture.The museum is cute and there are is great gift shop. The rangers and volunteers were kind and professional and genuinely appeared to love their jobs.

Lovely area to get outside. Took a scenic drive and a few hikes. The weather cooperated with sunny skies and 75 degree temperatures.

Highly recommend visiting here for a small getaway or even just for the day. It is a family oriented place, everyone is friendly, and staff is very cautious. Just like any other theme type park, food and drink prices are slightly higher than average, however they weren't outrageous. There is something to do for everyone, from the baby splash pad to the 21 and older hot tub oasis. It feels safe within the facility and kids can enjoy themselves without parents being extremely concerned at all times. You must be wearing a bracelet to enter the facility for any reason and staff seems to keep a very close eye out for that. We had a blast and have already begun planning our next weekend getaway. There is a great arcade, and a restaurant right on site, you can also play a game of bowling if you are done with the water for the day. There is truly something for everyone.

The kids had a blast but there wasn't really too much going on for the adults. There's a bar in the water park but Everything is super expensive. We paid $9 just for one weak drink. Food is expensive as well we paid $16 just for two chicken fingers some french fries and a non refillable soda. The chlorine smell is very strong and it was super crowded. All of the hotels are connected to the water park so you do not have to go outside to get to it but if you do not get the hotel that the water park is actually in it is a crazy long walk.I probably won't go back but I do recommend giving it a try though if you have the money for it. It was definitely a great experience. It's definitely great if you have kids under the age of 15 and good for some of the older kids. Just keep in mind that the hotel rooms aren't cheap as the passes are included in the purchase of your room and online it says four passes per room but that is not accurate. We purchased two rooms both the same size with the same amount of beds and one room came with 4 passes and the other room only came with 3.There's an arcade, ice cream shop, and gift shop upstairs from the water park. Gift shop does not carry anything over a size XL. There's also locker rentals upstairs for the lockers at the water park.

Went for a quick getaway, drove 4 hours from Toronto and it did not disappoint. We had a few issues getting the ticket online/thru the phone and if we hadn’t insisted calling to get a receipt we might have stressed out when we got there, but all turned all an awesome experience at the end. Lots of fun for the whole family!!

Splash Lagoon was a fun experience for our family. We were visiting from Texas, as we have family in Erie. There is plenty of parking and we were assisted immediately at the front desk. Our 5 year old was excited to get to all the attractions but decidedly was a bit nervous at first.He decided to stick with the lazy river and the new Tree House. He loved the Typhoon Twister (red/blue) slide and went down it a ton. We next tried out the wave pool and it was nice they have life vests for use. He can swim but it was nice to have the added safety. The surf machine was a favorite of my husband's-- it's so nice that everything is included and you aren't charged extra for any of the water attractions.Our son finally decided to try the bigger slides and was thrilled with the Big Kahuna and Cyclone...although I think his favorite ended up being the Python Plunge. We spent a few hours here and it wasn't too crowded--we never waited more than a few minutes for a slide. The only downside is the lockers--$16 felt a little steep for the smallest size, the bigger is $22. I'm sure for a longer day or stuff that needs secured it's fine but we just chose to move our towels and sandals around with us. Overall though it was a great experience and we'd come back again in a heartbeat!

Our visit included with our hotel stay for our daughters cheer competition. A lot of fun. Was really busy during our visit bit was still enjoyable. Definitely recommend wearing some water shoes. Kind of small changing room so I changed in the showers. But I blame that on the amount of visitors during a cheer competition weekend. All in all, fun for the whole family and we will be back again someday.

Brought my 3 kids- 6,9,11 for a two day trip. We spent all day Saturday and Sunday here and it was awesome!! Perfect temperatures indoors and water. If you get there right at opening or stay right till close the lines are shortest. That being said, this weekend the lines were very reasonable in my opinion! The kids can’t wait to make this an annual trip! Every lifeguard we encountered was great! They were all so good with the kids! There weren’t any food options that my kids would eat, so we did bring food, but went to the car to eat it. The ropes course was a blast too! Definitely enough to keep the kids busy and happy for two days! Staying at the holiday inn was perfect as well! Quick walk between the two!

Kids loved it. Lifeguards were very alert and on top of it. No slimy floors on pool bottoms. There are activities/pools to accommodate all ages from toddler to adult.If I had to mention a couple cons: restrooms/change rooms could use an update. Music was unnecessary and loud (you couldn't hear the music anyway due to the sound of water/splashing, and kids screaming in the background. Loud music was just added noise.)

Awesome place for the kiddos. Really nice that the entire place is inside. It's also very convenient that there is direct hotel and restaurant access.However, that's about as good as it got. 3 main attractions, 1 set of stairs. That is how the entire place is set up. It's hard to know where to go, or who's going where. The worst part- none of the staff really cares or pays attention or implements the rules, which is obviously very unsafe for the kids. They have no way to communicate with each other, other than to blow a whistle and yell.The light system indicating the next person could go clearly wasn't working for 2 days, yet we continued to waste time sitting at ride after ride because the workers were talking to each other and not paying attention to the riders.Multiple times we witnessed the attendants at the surf ride paying absolutely no attention while people were on the board, waiting for direction.The whole place could absolutely use a face lift.Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves; the adults TRIED to enjoy the kids enjoying themselves, but were too busy worrying.

We had a wonderful experience, this park has activity for all ages. we all enjoyed ourselves a lot. we'll definitely come back. i suggest correcting the time to start the park because they say they open at 11:00, but at 10:00, it was open. i lost an hour of fun. Courtyard hotel it’s an amazing place too. We love it.

For the people leaving bad reviews because of the connecting hotels, those hotels have nothing to do with Splash Lagoon and while they are connected, they are separate and no the waterpark is not included unless you buy a hotel and waterpark package off the Splash Lagoon Website which compared to places like Kalahari, this is an amazing deal. We booked a non connected and it was perfect. There are a couple non connected hotels like the Marriott we stayed in that were immaculate and you could see them from the parking lot, less than a minute drive!Highly recommend. Splash Lagoon has something for everyone from infants to adults (which is important because we have a 6 month old, 12 year old, and 17 year old). Water was comfortable and restrooms, dining area and waterpark area are clean and maintained by staff in a timely manner. Has everything a big name park like Kalahari has but is much more affordable. There was also plenty of seating in all areas of the park and dining areas so there was plenty of room and you weren’t on top of others or without a seat (Kalahari for example runs out of seating pretty early). Great location with tons of hotel, dining and shopping options within a minutes drive or walk. Splash has a bar and a quick service restaurant/concession area and there is a Quaker Steak and Lube attached to the building. We booked a package with Courtyard By Marriott across the street after reading tons of bad reviews for dirty worn out rooms and tons of noise at the connecting hotels. Our hotel was less than a minute drive. Hotel was immaculately clean and maintained, and it was quiet and comfortable. It even had its own heated pool, toddler heated pool, hot tub, sauna and gym so the kids could swim if they wanted even after waterpark close. I highly recommend booking the package on Splash Lagoon bundled with the Marriott. We splurged for a cabana (very fair price) for our second day which is out of budget at places like Kalahari. It was amazing to have a place to relax, let the baby nap, and have a home base to store our stuff and meet up with each other. It came with towels, snacks, water, a fridge, souvenir cup with $0.99 cent refills, arcade cards, TV and our own dining table. It was extremely private and comfortable. Staff were on top of everything and very friendly and eager to help with anything a guest needed. We will definitely be back.

Hands down the BEST PLACE!! I'm a huuuuge fan of it being indoors!! After having LYME'S I can't handle the sun!! The price for the rooms the price of entrance the foods in the hotels... Amazing! I've been going there for 12yrs now and not even the kids are sick of it yet lol. We've stayed at every hotel attached to Splash Lagoon. And NONE were a disappointment!!

We took the kids (8 and 9) here for NYE and we all had a blast. The water park is clean, spacious, lots of fun things for everyone to do including lots of slides, the lazy river, hot tubs and the wave pool. The lifeguards were on it...great job! The prices are fair for a full day of fun and I feel comfortable and safe letting the kids run and find their favorite slides to play on and not have to be stuck together or with us the entire time, they can let loose and just have fun. The kids loved it so much that we're going back in the spring for their birthdays. Not sure who is more excited, the kids or us parents!

It is the Disney land of Erie, PA! The boys and I had a wonderful time. The best way to experience it is to book at least one night stay at one of their connected hotels. This way one can easily change between swimming and warm/dry clothes through each day, and avoids having to lug around one's valuables. It was nice to be able to take a little break from the water, and play at the arcade area. So much fun! It was like a mini vacation....as one of my boys described. We stayed at the Hawthorn Suites. The staff there were wonderful and were very accommodating to our needs. Thank you, Heather, Michelle, Isheka, and Esteban!

It's worthwhile to visit this place. You can spend 2-3 hours here depending on how interested you are in aircraft and Canadian aeronautics history. Kids can also have some fun as they get to sit in the co*ckpit of real fighter planes and if you are 12 and above they have a flight simulator as well.

Girlfriend took me here for a visit. It was a great experience overall. It's beautiful and a true staple of real world history. The volunteer guides are also great and provide you with a great deal of knowledge and expertise. The older gentleman, Mr. Alex, in particular was great and really enthusiastic to share his knowledge of the place and the history attached to it. They even let you sit on some of the planes and when the weather is good, you can fly in them.

We went with a group of 30 seniors. We had called ahead, so we had 3 tour guides. Wonderful tour guides, highly recommended to add to your experience of the museum. We have seen the Lancaster bombers fly overhead, now we were able to see how massive they are! Take your kids and grandkids to learn about the sacrifice many young men made for our freedoms. We were gratified to see a display about Operation Manna where food was dropped into the Netherlands after the hunger winter of 1944.Thank you to your amazing volunteers!

I was stunned to see the actual warplanes in the museum. We were team of 10. Special thanks to our genius tour guide "NIKITA". He was awesome throughout the visit. He explained everything very well and even answered our questions. During our visit, he never seemed to be tired and was very eager to show us everything about almost all the war planes. If I were the owner, I would have given him raise. Keep on saying same things is sometimes annoying, but it seemed that he was enjoying his job and guided us the way like a professor. I really appreciate him and whole team of the museum.

This has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever been to in Canada. Every single person that works there interacted with nothing with positivity and love and care about the place and also educated. I won hundred percent recommend this place but also to bring your kids to teach them.Thank you for an amazing tour and I cannot wait to go back again.

This place is always fun. Lots of classic planes and the staff are friendly and always willing to provide information. We have never done it, but they also offer paid flights on classic aircraft which would be awesome. There is a good selection of classic warplanes and training aircraft. Well curated with lots of info on displays. The Lancaster is so impressive up close.

This is one of the absolute best things to do in Hamilton. It's a fascinating look at the aviation technologies and hardware throughout the RCAF history, and to be able to get a good look and information about the planes.The staff is VERY knowledgeble and also very friendly. You can book flights on some of the historic planes, but we chose not to. Also on dry days there are some other planes outside the building, we missed out as we were visiting during a downpour.A great place to take kids too.

Probably one of my favourite places to visit; I go often alone just cause I’m fascinated. Last time; they had vintage wheels and wings, which was super fun! Definitely recommend checking this place out; there’s so much to see at the museum as well!

Excellent! We were met at the entrance by Mr. Tony Houghton, a volunteer at the Museum who guided us around the Museum for a couple of hours. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The boys, aged 4 and 8, enjoyed his attention to take them on a private tour of numerous planes where they could sit in the co*ckpits; and, he provided them with interesting and fun facts about the planes. We also enjoyed our lunch at the Museum’s Runway Cafe. The Museum is well-kept, the volunteer staff is courteous and the historic planes a must-see! We recommend this as a great place to bring kids of all ages, especially on a rainy day.

I found that alot of staff were just standing around or sitting around talking to each other and not actually doing anything like answering questions.

It’s a lovely museum. I would say for plane enthusiasts and those interested in the history of Canada’s war efforts, this place is amazing. The staff are doing a great job restoring the old planes and the guides are very knowledgeable. For the average person it’s worth a visit.

This place is next level. It went beyond expectations. Service was so good everyone was so polite and welcoming.It has a great history pilot was so experienced they explained everything in detail.My son enjoyed this place very much he use to point aeroplanes in sky, he was excited to sit in one.Overall we had a great family time together here.In summer we are going for a ride in one of the plains.Enjoy your visit.

The Canadian Warplanes Heritage museum is a fantastic place to go to. Seeing these vintage aircraft on display is amazing. The hangar is full of Canadian military aviation history that everyone should go and see. The staff and volunteers are so friendly and have lots of stories about the history of these aircraft. The hangar is very clean and you can even go for a ride in one of their vintage aircraft.You can jump into the pilot seat of some display aircraft, look at the avionics instruments, learn about aircraft technology, like engines/ ejection seats/ armament, and see how museum staff and volunteers are restoring these vintage aircraft back into an airworthy condition.You may like seeing the beautiful art pinups girls or wacky characters that was painted on the aircraft's nose to boost morale of airmen and airwomen who served in Canada's armed forces.I loved going here and you will too. If you like my reviews, videos or photos let your thumb soar high in the sky.

A truly outstanding area, so unique and rich with history. There is something special about this museum, the volunteers who work here are full with enthusiasm about the planes.This is a fantastic learning experience for all tourists or enthusiasts in the local area. Amazing museum, a must visit! And they are extremely sweet and helpful. They give u ana amazing tour and tell h stories of how the planes went through the war and were rebuilt. The cafe too is really nice good portions very wel priced. Lastly you also get to sit in 3 of the planes. It’s a very cool experience! And they have a flight simulator too. Must go with kids.

You will enjoy your time here if you like airplanes and history. You will learn a lot from these airplanes. Some are still air worthy and some are just for display. You can also go up to the co*ckpit of certain airplanes. If you really like to experience flying with these vintage airplanes, you can buy a flight from 20-60 minutes depending on the aircraft. Check their website for details. Don't forget to check their gift shop on your way out.

My son and I visited in June 2023 and absolutely loved it! Great staff and a beautiful collection of aircraft inside and outside. Well stocked gift shop. Going again soon! I'm a ham but nobody was in the radio room, maybe next time!

Nice museum a bit smaller than expected. The gift shop is pretty good, there’s a runway cafe you can eat and if you’re lucky you may get to see planes taking off / landing. The key part of the museum is you get to sit in the co*ckpit of about 3 planes… that’s pretty cool.

Our kid would love to provide his review on his amazing experience on Saturday , Feb 17 ( over the Family Day Weekend ) at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum .I visited Canadian Warplane Heritage museum during the Family Day weekend in 2024. The place was busy and lots of families were visiting. They had lots of things to do and a ton of planes . The gift shop was near the entrance and was very big . There was quite a few build up airplane models to choose from . I picked an F-119 model. There was an astronaut session followed by autograph line up .The various country flags displayed at this centre denoted the countries participated in receiving training in flying.I came across a model of a plane showcasing how and where it carry’s its missiles on the plane. Also, I got a chance to hop onto a passenger plane which on warmer weathers takes flight. I saw the co*ckpit . It had loads of navigation related set ups . This plane takes a round of Niagara Falls at 35,000 ft height .There was also a giant inflatable planetarium . It took me on a ride to the moon also explains how the craters are formed and every few million years lava arises from inside of the moon .Overall the experience was really good . The only issue was parking was full and we parked in the over flow parking area.The staff were very nice and explained how the planes worked . Kuddos to the team for organizing such an exciting experience .If you are 12 years and above you could also take part - Flyzone at Canadian Warplane Heritage museum . I look forward to this next year as well !!

I visited this museum with my 20 month old who's into planes. He loved watching them.And I personally loved learning a lot about Canadian planes. It's a fascinating place with friendly staff.

I recently visited the Canadian Heritage Warplane Museum, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were immersed in the rich history of Canada's aviation contributions during WWII. The highlight of the visit was definitely having a tour guide. It's always fun visiting the Warplane Heritage Museum on a rainy day. They have loads of aircraft used by the Canadian military from World War II and later. If you're lucky, you can see the engineers working on the aircraft, you can walk around the hangar, step aboard a few of the planes, and in the spring to autumn months even pay for a flight on one of the classic aircraft. They have a cafe onsite if you're hungry, and also flight simulators if you are interested. Great for young children.

My scout group spent the night during the museum’s Night-Op event and had a blast. Well restored and maintained war planes; knowledgeable and passionate volunteers and staff made the visit fun and educational. Plenty of free parking.

Such a fun and informative museum. This Museum featuring dozens of Canadian military planes, plus aviation exhibits & flight simulators.The planes are beautifully restored. The exhibits are excellent, so much history, and so many great personal stories. A good experience for any age. Every single person that works there, interacted with nothing with positivity and love and care about the place and also educated.

Highly recommend visiting. Seeing the planes up close is a great experience. Plus, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great spot to visit in Pittsburgh if you want that panoramic view of the city. Indeed breathtaking! Parking is provided and within good walking distance. Just didn't like the fact that you had to have the exact cash to provide, although there was a coin machine to swap out your bills just in case. Overall good experience

Ride the cable car At Duquesne Incline and see the best views of downtown PittsburghSo whenever you see pictures of Pittsburgh, I am sure you are looking it downtown with and cable car in the foreground. it is easily one of the best things to do in Pittsburgh.From the cars, there are great views out over the city. Once used to transport workers all the way back since the 1800s. they are still using two original 1877 cable cars, the Duquesne Incline is a working museum, with the upper station providing photos and displays on the history of the incline. at the top, you can also see the working mechanism, wheel, and all.I don't know if it is the norm, but there was a guide in our cabin and he gave a brief idea about incline history, and how it come into the picture. Duquesne Incline was rescued and restored by a group of local residents in 1963 and still delights residents and visitors with its original, elegant, wooden cable carsParking: $10 and that's valid for 24 hours. Parking is more expensive than tickets which are just $5. You don't pay at the counter, you put the exact amount in a cylindrical box (nobody checks what you are putting in the container). a counter lady comes in a while and shoves it with a stick. i have never seen a system like this.if you want to experience a slice of the city’s long history, go for it.

Very beautiful and historic place. The incline has been running since the 1800's. Its been a must see location in Pittsburgh for many years. My son and I went for our 1st but not last visit. The views of the city are spectacular. Many different ways to get great photos. On the cable car and at the top on the observation deck. At the top there are lots of exhibits that outline some of the history of the incline and cars. It also depicts interesting history of Pittsburgh. It is so cheap that a family could afford this fun and educational excursion. Ill definately be back with more of my family. Take cash and exact change. A round trip for 2 adults is $10. They are friendly and nice enough to let you go ahead and ride. You can get change at the top. Either from the gift shop or an ATM.

whoa! this is such a unique experience. Its definitely the more historic-feeling of the 2 inclines. Both inclines are wonderful but I love the vintage nuance of Duquesne. This is a an essential stop! Parking is quick and easy, wait time isn't long at all, and photos will never do this view justice.

Rode the incline up and down as part of an excellent sightseeing tour offered by Molly's Trolleys. There is a panoramic view at the top of Pittsburgh from the north side. The ride is in a no-frills vintage car and there are antique photos in the waiting area.

A must do for visitors to Pittsburgh.Take yourself back to the past when this was common transportation up and down the mountain.Awesome view of the City from the top.$5 roundtrip. Exact change cash only.

Really nice place but a bit expensive...the feel of the ride is awesome...you need to pay for parking for nearly $10 and for the price available on the website.

So I came in looking to get a certain pair of shoes, and while there was only one other customer in the store and four associates, I wasn’t approached once for help. The other three cashiers were more interested in chatting and dancing along to the music.

I had a terrible experience here on January 8th. The shoes I bought were advertised on sale at a specific price and even had the tag with the price on them, but when I went to check out, the cashier cut off the tag with the sale price and I got charged $20 more. When I told the girl cashing me out she said that they didn’t have time to change the tags on the sale items at all that day but it was already 4pm in the day, I’m sure they could’ve had time to change it or at least honor the price on the shoe. Instead she said there’s nothing she can do and couldn’t give me the show for that price.

Really great selectin of shoes! If you can't find what you're looking for at Foot Locker, it's probably here with rare limited selections! They staff here are all very nice and friendly. They give quite good recommendations based on what your desires are and are fairly knowledgeable of the brand/inventory they own. Well organized with nice seating arrangement as well.

Great shoe selection for men, women and kids. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a shoe from them that they didn't have in store and there was a big mix up. I come in, buy some boots..went home, only to realise i received a size larger ..not only the wrong size..but the wrong boot too ..they didn't fit, they were too big, bring them back to store.. and what does manager Azra say? They are WORN! CANT RETURN, THERES MUD ON THEM. How can they be worn when they never fit? Also, can someone please show me the mud?!?! Ive been shopping here for the last 5 years, buying everything from sneakers to boots, even the wife has bought from here so many times. Never had a problem before. My challenge remains, find the mud! I insisted so many times that they were not worn but she didn't want to listen. All this really goes to show me is that they sold me shoes that had been worn before.

I wanted to buy a shoe for my girl but the attendant is not very helpful. She made me feel like im disturbing her several times when I asked for a size. I’m a salesman, too. It saddens me whenever I witness a salesperson in the store failing to perform their duties effectively. We didn't make a purchase before leaving the store because she did not attend us properly, which amounts to a missed sales opportunity. My daughter and I walked into 5 or 6 different shoe stores on a quiet Tuesday morning in Square One. Not a single employee in any of those stores asked if we needed help finding anything and in one case he couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone. Not until we walked into Journeys and were greeted by Ali. She was kind and helpful and steered us to a shoe that we would never have looked at. She is definitely a kind soul and a great employee! I would shop here again based on the service alone. Thanks Ali!

I purchased a pair of heeled Crocs from this store months ago. The cashier from that time recognised me when I went in recently, and asked about me. That made my day. I appreciate it.Also, the Crocs are awesome. I wear them everywhere. The price was very reasonable.

Absolutely stunning park. Gorgeous backdrop of the famous and jaw dropping Pittsburgh Skyline full with Yellow Bridges and all. Decent atmosphere at game, fans were slow to start, however as the game progressed, the game became more and more exciting. The two teams, (Hometown Pirates, and the Visiting Atlanta Braves) delivered a great performance coming down to the wire in the 9th inning. Would 100% recommend for the view alone. The baseball is an added bonus.

We went to see the Cubs play.. WOW..great ball park! The interaction with the fans was great and so inviting. The fans had such team spirit and showed great sportsmanship as well. Did not disappoint.. the fireworks after the game where freaking amazing! Best show I had ever seen! Thank you Pittsburgh for a great weekend!

Fabulous park! Really nice! Well designed and great seats! Not a bad seat in the park! My only criticism is the concession stands are a bit slow..With ball games now with time limits on pitching etc, you can miss a lot of the game getting food and drinks. Still, first world problems...

My wife and I went on the PNC park stadium tour. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects about the teams history and all of the parks history. Being in the dugout and checking out the suites and the press box was super cool. I can't wait to catch my first Pirates game this year!

Visited in 2012. It still ranks in my top 3 baseball stadiums, I've ever visited! The concourse is amazing, tons of food options, & the outside of the stadium, has some of the coolest statues you'll see! The stadium has great views of the city, the bridges beside it, add to the experience! Beautiful stadium!

I was asked what I wanted to do for my birthday a couple of months ago. My answer was go to a Pirates game or Mexico. I was thrilled when my birthday came and my love sent me a picture of my Pirate ticket. We arrived and parked with no problem in parking lot 2 gold walked to a little bar outside the park and had a cold beverage while waiting to get in the park. The staff checking all of the fans in were pleasant,polite and helpful. The selection and ease of purchasing snacks and beverages was one of the great parts of my experience as I did not miss but a few moments of the game while using the facilities. Section 119 row DD seat 1 and 2 is where we sat I loved the crow and would sit in that section again. In reality I would love to attend as many home games as there are but will most likely make it a yearly tradition to get a game around my birthday again. This was the most fun I have had as a birthday adventure in years.

PNC is always a great venue, whether for a Pirates game or concert. Seats are tapered nicely to give everybody a good view. Everything is pretty clean and the food is good. Minus one star for prices. They gouge pretty deep for beers and mixed drinks. Otherwise a great establishment.

Not the first time I've been to PNC Park. Always a great experience. Great park, awesome view, friendly staff. Tickets for where we sat were a great value, talking bucket list kind of stuff, for a decent price. Being an Orioles fan, I'm used to a great stadium. I'm biased as OPACY is the best but you'll never go wrong here! Only downfall is the price of concessions but what was offered was an amazing selection. I'll be back many times and I urge everyone to take in a game here!

We went to a Dodger/Pirates game and it was a great experience. I took a 22 year old and a 2 yo. The park was clean, Well staffed, and easy to get around. I felt very safe the entire time. Staff was awesome about upgrading our seats - I was worried the 2yo would fall as we were pretty high up. However the upper deck seats were beautiful with a view of the game and the city.People around us were also there just to have a good time. Food and drinks were a bit pricey, but that's to be expected and way cheaper than back in the bay area.There are a lot of cheap parking options well within walking distance.Loved all the little restaurants and pubs with open and outdoor seating right outside the park piping the game through speakers.Pittsburgh deserves a better reputation!

After growing up here and having season tickets for years to Three Rivers then moving away, this was my first trip to either new stadium. It is fantastic. There really isn’t a bad seat in the place and would definitely go back and purchase a standing room only seat and just wander. Easy in and out from all gates, good food.

Club seats are the best! If you are thinking of going to a Pirate game, spend the extra money and get club seats. The seats are padded and the environment is fantastic. It is worth every penny. First, the crowds are much smaller in the club seating area. There are short lines for food, and the food choices are great. Second, the restrooms are clean, much cleaner than the normal restrooms. It has a clubhouse atmosphere and it is all air conditioned inside. We sat in Section 209, row A seats 1 and 2 and they were great. We had a fantastic view of the game, and went it when we needed a break from the heat. There were no rowdy crowds, and you can get a table inside and watch the game for a bit while you are eating, or taking a break from the sun. I think the best part about the club seating is that the seats are padded. You can sit, watch the game, and never get uncomfortable. It was a great experience and one of the best ways to beat the crowds and to have good amenities. The tickets are a bit more, but you will have a great experience.

Awesome ball park and atmosphere! Even though the team itself is not very good, the stadium gets a solid crowd of dedicated fans.There is a lot of places to eat and drink at, especially Manny’s BBQ owned by Pirates legend Manny Sanguillan. Sometimes you can even meet Manny in front of his place for a picture and an autograph!Everyone that works at the stadium that I interacted with was extremely friendly. The man at the ticket window even took his time to look for an aisle seat for me!They also have a lot of activities for kids on the first level, including a big playground overlooking the River.I purchased tickets the day of game at the ticket window.There are a few parking decks around. Many hobos begging for change line the walk to the stadium.All around a modern and awesome stadium and a fun place to watch a ball game!Hope this helps! Happy Travels!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Pittsburgh Pirates game at PNC Park and must say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the gates, I was struck by the stunning views of the city skyline and the river. The stadium itself is clean, modern, and designed with the fan in mind.I was pleased with the amenities available, including a variety of concession stands, comfortable seating, and a great selection of merchandise. The atmosphere was electric, with passionate fans cheering on their team and the staff doing an excellent job of keeping everyone engaged.The game itself was intense, with both teams putting on a great show. The Pirates put up a good fight but ultimately lost to their opponents. Despite this, I had an absolutely amazing time and would highly recommend attending a game at PNC Park to anyone who loves baseball or wants to experience the excitement of a top-notch stadium.

One of the most beautiful ballparks in MLB. They offer stadium tours which give you a chance to learn about the history of the Pirates and visit different parts of the stadium.

Not a huge baseball fan, but I love the ball park! Everything is layed out so well, and if you do get lost or turned about, the staff are always willing to help!! The staff really makes the park top notch!!

My visit to PNC Park was enjoyable! The park & restrooms were very clean. The park staff were very engaging. Entering and leaving the stadium was a breeze. We were able to find convenient parking nearby for a reasonable price. THEN we walked to the casino for dinner, which wasn't a far walk at all! There are plenty of other dining options around the park as well as other activities if you are looking to make a full day of it! We are fortnate to have such great sports teams in Pittsburgh & wonderful venues to enjoy them in!

PNC Park actually lives up to the hype. All seats are great, people are friendly and food was very good. I loved all the Roberto Clemente stuff. Wish I could have seen him play.

Absolutely beautiful ball park. The atmosphere is great and the view overlooking the downtown is incredible. Is definitely one of top 3 ballparks in the states. I would recommend any baseball fan to come visit. The game was followed by a 30 minute firework display that rivals Canada Day or 4th of July celebrations

July 30, 2022. First time to visit Canada's Wonderland and truly indeed that one day is not enough to ride all the attractions. We were able to enjoy the rides and waterpark pretty much all day. Well food and drinks is really expensive if you didn't purchase the meal and/or drinks package. But for us you can just buy one of each package and just share. Locker rentals are quite expensive too. Ranging from $17 to $30. Washrooms, well yeah you pretty much have to accept that it is used by more than thousands of people everyday. Shower wasn't working during our visit. Also, we did park at the exit parking so we don't have to worry about getting out. And we kinda left early too. But it is 100% certain that regardless of what age, you'll enjoy Canada's Wonderland.

I visited on a Friday morning, a holiday, and the parking line was long. Tickets were purchased online and scanned to enter. There is a bag check upon entry. There were so many different roller coasters, and my child was very excited and excited because it was his first visit. There were a lot of people, so it took more than 30 minutes to wait, but at 7:30 at night, there was almost no waiting line, so it was easy to get on. It's too hot, but it's hard because there's no shade here

It was the first time that I saw the winter fest, and it was a great experience! Staff followed COVID protocols. I would go again. Most of the games are for kids; however, there are still some options for adults, and I loved them. I only went for 3 hours as I thought I would not need much time, but if you want to see the shows and go on some rides you can spend more than 3 hours.

Under-rated. Must visit for people who love rides. My family enjoyed the ride attractions at Canada Wonderland better than Disneyland. Not as much to see in terms of display or characters compared to California Disneyland and Disney World Florida; but the rides are awesome for thrill seekers. We visited mid May and the ground is very beautiful with flowers in full bloom. I'm a non rider but still enjoyed the grounds. We added a meal to our park ticket and there are so many dining options. The meal package is worth it.

If you are visiting this area or just contemplating if you should go...i would definitely recommend to go. (Especially if you are a rollercoaster person). It was a lot of fun! Buy the tickets/parking pass online for a cheaper and quicker entrance process. You can just scan the QR code at the gate. Keep it handy if you plan to go back to car and re-enter the park. We went on a summer weekday and they had decent lines but they were worth the wait!

The rides and experience is absolute fun. If you pick the right day to come you can avoid wait times. On a busy weekend, popular rides could ha e a wait time of an hour to 90 minutes. Getting the seasons pass if you live near by is a good deal. It also lowers cost of food in the park. Come early to find parking close to the entrance. The ♿ parking gets full pretty soon.

There is everything for everyone from the youngest guests to the oldest folks. The cirque show alone was worth the ticket fee. We had a fun day full of thrilling rides, spectacular shows and decent food options. We dragged our feet exhausted 9 hours later and felt like we haven't seen half of it. Next time we are coming with swimsuits and towels as we didn't even check the water park. Thank you to the staff and crew for being so welcoming and friendly. We made the loveliest memories.

There is no social distancing in the park at all. Be aware of that, everyone is vaccinated tho. Was expecting few rides to be open But it is amazing how many rides are open and that makes it still fun to go as an outing not just a Christmas thing and it has a beautiful display of Christmas lights still during covid Christmas, honestly if your fine with no social distancing it's worth going

It was really nice... You should really dress up properly and go or else its going to be freezing... But inside we just walked around and it was a good walk... So many places to take pics... There are few rides as well that are still available....

An amazing amusem*nt park! The best I've been to in Canada, certainly. There is some light theming in places, but it is mostly a park with good thrill rides. My personal favorite is Leviathan, but the Yukon Striker is great too. The way you can see its drop from throughout the park is quite lovely.If you are visiting for a single day and are a coaster fan, I recommend getting the Fast Lane Pass. It's a bit expensive, but really allows you to do everything you want to without having to visit multiple days. Of course, getting there at the opening helps too.Also, the dining plan is well worth it if you plan on being there all day. 30 dollars for 3-4 meals, if you time it right. I particularly recommend eating at the Lazy Bear Lodge. Good food there.The water park is just okay, I would avoid it on a day you are using the fast pass, since it is not valid for any of those rides.Overall, I had a wonderful day at Canada's Wonderland and if you are an amusem*nt park fan, I think you would too.

Best place to seek thrills and to find scary rides. Buy the tickets in advance so you don't need to wait in line and arrive by 9:45 am to enter. They open by 10 am. Also, buy fast-lane Plus as you can go on all the rides with less than a 10min wait. It's worth the expense as you get to experience more rides within a short time frame. Been here every year and recommend all to go!

We went to wonderland 1 day before New Year and it was packed. The general experience was nice, but if you’re planning to go on the rides, you should probably pick a different day for it since due to the cold weather, there aren’t many rides open, so it’s more like a familiar environment to watch some shows, have some hot drinks, take pictures with people wearing Christmas costumes, skiing and walking through scenarios with lights. The only reason why I don’t give it 5 starts is because even though we had purchased our tickets online in advance, when we got to the turnstiles we were asked to go back to the main gate/counter windows to have our ticket “validated” so that ruined a bit our experience at the entrance, another observation is that almost all of the fireplaces were not working, I guess they ran out of gas. I would definitely go back, but I think the best time for it is during summer. Hope this helps. 😉

Canada's Wonderland transforms into a magical place during the Christmas and New Year season, making it a fantastic destination for families. It was our first time to visit it during the past years and we enjoyed a lot.If you plan to visit more than once, think about getting the annual pass, priced at $114. This pass is not only useful for your holiday visits but also ideal for enjoying the park in summer and experiencing the Halloween festivities.

All I can really say is get the Lightning Lane. It will change your experience dramatically and is well worth the price.Some rides don’t allow for Lightning Lane which is a bummer.Food is pricey and parking is extra.Lots of fun for the family.Give this place a visit when you’re in Toronto.Arrive early so you can enter the park when it opens and get good parking. It’s a long wait if you get there after they open.

Went for their winter wonderland and it was a super nice experience. We walked around for 4 hours and always found something to be entertained with so that says a lot. The rides were all free and didn’t even have much lineups, we tried a few ones including the merry go round.

Usually I go summer time it was the first time going in winter was fun. If you want to skate get ready to pay $10 with your skates if you don’t have your skates then you have to pay $15 and is only 30 minutes. Rides are open but not all of them. We had fun, but I still love to go when the weather is warmer.

Restaurant has amazing views of Toronto and the water! The entrance to the restaurant was a little longer than anticipated, most probably due to Spring break though we had reservations. Food was ok and a little pricey. Service was good and atmosphere very family oriented. If you eat at the restaurant, entrance to the skyline is free so you get the view from the restaurant and then from the skyline. Good place.

The wait was long and the windows were not cleaned so disappointing photo experience.When they take a photo and says it’s free, well it’s borderline a scam. Taking the photo was free but purchasing them costs 40$… seriously, if it was 20$ I’d pay for it… don’t like the baiting and the outrageous price.The kids and I loved the “downstairs” where there are the glass walking area. Glass were small and again not cleaned… and I would make it just in top of the Rogers Stadium it would have being a bliss! Well the part we loved was the big LED screen! Loved the themes and the different backgrounds!The staffs were funny and chilled with tourists so bravo for that!

Had an amazing time at the CN Tower restaurant.. Great view and great food. Our server George was especially great. He was kind, polite, and provided exceptional service. I would go there just to say hi! Definitely a great place for a date with someone special. If you haven't been already, your are missing out on a great attraction in the city! Please go!

Nice experience. Awesome view of Downtown Toronto, Old Toronto, and Lake Ontario. Can easily spend around 40 minutes including taking videos. Elevator ride is good. Better to arrive before 11 am to beat the rush and always precook the tickets. Or else the lines can stretch to half kilometers

Want to experience a new height and see as far as your eye can see, then this is the place. 👌Had a great time here and the views were spectacular. 👌Elevator ride is smooth and you get to the top in about a minute.The staff will take a picture of you on a green screen. Make sure not to lose that receipt they give you. This will help the staff to find your pictures upon your return down to ground level.When you come back down you can visit the kiosk there, where they'll have two pictures of you with the CN Tower and the city skylight (daytime & night time), and they are nice. Roughly $40 or so for both pictures and a digital download link for you to have on your computer, laptop, or mobile phone. My opinion, I thought it was worth it.There is also a nice gift shop and some of the stuff there is pretty reasonable, when it comes to price.I really enjoyed my time here. 😊👍

The view is breathtaking. I think it is good to visit it once. You will enjoy the panoramic view especially the lake side and watching the yachts and the planes taking off from the billy bishop airport..We took tons of amazing photos up there.You can go a lower floor and you can enjoy walking on the glass if you dare looking downstairs :) There was a large screens that create nice scenes so we took more photos infront of itIt is good to book online so you can save waiting in the tickets line. BUT take care there are a lot of linesare waiting for you... Be ready to wait from 30 to 60 minutes... There is a line on every corner .. I see that they put some entertaining items to watch or read or even to talk photos with while waiting in the line..They take photo for you and make some editing on it. Then while exiting you will have it printed out for you. But it will cost you $40 which I see that it is too expensive...When you finish your tour upstairs, be ready for another long line to take the elevator down...Then you will be directed to souvenirs shop.There is a couple of cafes and restaurants up there if you want to grab some snacks..The overall experience was nice

It was a nice place. 45 dollars to enter. I think it's a little high considering there isn't much to look at there. There's a queue to go in, the staff are helpful and courteous, you go up in a elevator and you get to see the view, there's a chance to go up further for extra 10f dollars. There's a viewing room(cinema). You get to see the city of Toronto from a high level. There's a private restaurant at the top. I didn't go in. But there's a public dining area as well, you can get tea, coffee, wine, burgers, pastries and other stuff. I had a good time overall and the view was amazing. You get your photos taken before you go in and you can choose to pay another 30 dollars to collect them lol 😂 (I chose not to) had loads of photos on my phone anyways.There's a gift shop at the ground floor where you can buy souvenirs like key chains, flags, snow globes, t-shirts, mugs etc.Go with friends or family. It's more fun that way.

This was terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time! We went up the tower at night which was amazing! Makes you feel quite insignificant when you see how huge Toronto is and how large the buildings are. We paid extra to go higher up to get an even better perspective of the scale of the buildings. Managed to stand on the glass floor and look out of the full length windows. Grabbed a quick snack at the cafe before heading back down. Staff were very accommodating about me being claustrophobic and let the three of go in the lift alone. ( they said this may not be possible in summer as it's so busy) beautiful gift shop on the ground floor. This cost around £150 dollars for 2 adults and a child.

I don't really care for walking tours, I find them quite boring and this made it no different. The views are amazing tho. I paid extra for the glass walk which was a waste of money, you aren't missing anything special.What made my experience worthwhile was the very sweet down to earth employee I met there. Love the CN tower. One of my favorite touristy spots to show around when friends and family come to visit. Great views of the Lake on one side and the downtown on other side. Also able to view the Billy Bishop airport with planes landing there often. Prefer to go during the night time to soak in the City lights but great views during the day time as well. Would recommend buying tickets online instead of standing in the line there.

This is a hugely overpriced tourist trap.We paid 190CAD for 2 adults and 2 children to go up an elevator to watch the view. And then to go up another elevator to watch the view from a bit higher.I mean I could read the reviews beforehand and watch online videos and it is definitely my fault that I went there so my bad.But you should beware about what this is.The kids did enjoy it. It is cool to watch the view. It is cool to stand on the glass floor looking down. But the price should be like one fifth at most.In case you have a lot of money and don't care, you should buy the tickets online but do it right there before entering so you can chose the correct time of entry (the tickets are timed). Choose the earliest time it lets you (even if it is already 10 minutes later) so that you can enter the earliest.

Terrific! You should definitely take the trip up to the viewing platform. The view and the feeling are indescribable. We bought a CityPASS beforehand and reserved our visit using the app. Everything online and easy. Inside the tower is also a gift shop and washrooms.

Amazing views from the CN Tower over the city of Toronto and beyond. Spent a few hours at the top of the tower, all the staff on different levels were extremely kind and helpful. There is a restaurant where you can have food or just drinks and continue enjoying the wonderful sights across Toronto and Lake Ontario. This is definitely a must do attraction to visit whilst in Toronto.

I was literally speechless at the majesty of the CN Tower in Toronto. The experience was amazing from start to finish. The fast, modern elevator took us to the top in the blink of an eye, and the view from the observation platform was breathtaking.We were lucky to visit during a sunset, and the warm light that bathed the city was simply magical. I was able to take some spectacular photos that will be treasured memories. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing interesting information on the history and architecture of the tower.Not only was the viewing experience incredible, but the dining plan was also excellent. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with a panoramic view of the city. I highly recommend anyone visiting Toronto to put the CN Tower at the top of their list of attractions to see. I can't wait to go back!

The place is absolutely amazing. The view from the observation deck and the glass floor is pretty cool. The staff was very friendly. I love that they have a kidzone for the children. I would recommend to try the Edge walk just once.

This iconic place is a must visit here.I found very convenient the possibility of having dinner at their restaurant and paying for that instead of buying a ticket to just go up.But if you get a regular ticket you can also buy food and drinks at the observation floor. There is also the option of bringing your own food, which is great, because once up there you can stay as long as you want and there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy.Just notice that the exterior observation area is still under maintenance so you can't access there.Great experience!Note: if you want to enjoy the view from the tower without being there, go to their website and check the live cameras view, just amazing!

One of the most touristic spots in Toronto. There is a wonderful view of the city from the top. Really beautiful. You go up to the top with the elevator, which is very fast. At night, the tower is illuminated and it is nice to observe it even from afar. It is usually very crowded, so you can expect a long queue, approx. at least an hour. There is also a souvenir shop in the tower. You can also walk on the glass floor, which is very exciting.

We visited 25/05/2023.We booked as a last minute thing to do while we were in the city and they had plenty of tickets still available for the day. Everything was easy getting in, showing tickets, and going through security. The views from the top were amazing, and the day we went was relatively quiet up there so we could enjoy the views. It was lovely seeing Toronto Island Park from the top, seeing the planes taking off, and the views of Toronto city itself.Not a bad price for the experience either. We really enjoyed it and would recommend a visit if you visit the city.

Interesting spot to get to view Toronto from above. Ideal to visit on a sunny/partly cloudy day to be able to see and identify all the buildings. We booked the tickets in advance and stayed there for 30 minutes. There are toilets and dining options in the viewing area and there’s also a 360 view restaurant at the top.Don’t miss out the glass floor section! Ask anyone to lead you to it.

I would highly recommend getting a reservation at the restaurant, especially if you like seafood. I had an appetizer with trout and a main with salmon and they were both excellent and very filling. You can watch the scenery go by a whole 360 degrees as you eat because it spins around slowly. Great views! If you are scared of heights you should be fine in the restaurant, just close your eyes on the elevator ride up and down!

It's definitely better in the daytime than the night. If you only have the option of night, it is still worth the admission.The sky box is worth the 10 dollar ticket for the views. Pictures are better from the? main platform.Winds calm when I was there. I don't think I would go up the sky box if the wind are high.Check the ticket options on the web first, but you can get walk up tickets. You need to go through the security check first.

Definitely an experience to have, it was exciting and fun to see the tower and the history along with it. A beautiful monument in our Canadian history.There are currently renovations underway so there were some areas blocked off & the pods that go up higher into the needle were non-operational due to the renovations.Admission is $45 (Adult) - $32 (Senior) - $19 (Child) with the option of the Edge walk experience. You can walk around 360 views while seating and food are available. You can see a lot of information regarding the history of the building and everywhere it's clean. Viewing spaces including the elevator up and a glass viewing platform where you can see the height of the tower. There is also the 360° restaurant you can dine in, however due to the high popularity you will need to make a reservation to dine there. If you do dine at the restaurant while viewing you only need to spend $75 on your meal. Lastly there are places including the elevator up and a glass viewing platform where you can see the height you are travelling and arrive at.

My friend recommended visiting the CN Tower, and I'm so glad I listened! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The views from the observation deck were absolutely stunning, especially on a clear, chilly day. It was the perfect weather to take in the city's panorama. Highly recommend!

Loved it. A really great aquarium with a broad range of oceanic and freshwater life. I particularly enjoyed the part focused on Canadian lakes and oceans as it was beautiful and also informative about our own wildlife and habitats. The coral reef was great, the tunnel with sharks and turtles and large fish was excellent, and overall it was just a really great way to spend some time. Good for families, couples, or even a single adult looking to see some beautiful aquatic plants and animals. Definitely recommend.

The experience was great. The fun you'll have depends on your interest in underwater life. Although the aquarium is quite entertaining for every age, it will mostly excite kids since there are kid-exclusive experiences (ex. Little see-through tunnel going inside a fish tank, kid park inside the aquarium). Aquarium also has a cafe located inside but only works at select times (I do not remember exactly)

The aquarium was an easy walk from a local hotel. We were here for a short stop before we headed north. The aquarium was clean and easily accessible. The displays were interesting. The people mover was nice but a bit slow for my liking. Overall a nice aquarium but a little on the expensive side for the experience.

Arriving around 11am, we were greeted by a bustling atmosphere that was almost overwhelming during the initial two to three exhibits. However, as we continued our journey, the crowd dispersed slightly, affording us a better opportunity to appreciate a diverse array of aquatic creatures. Opting for the moving conveyor belt experience, we were able to enjoy the exhibits with a bit more breathing room, creating a pleasant separation from fellow guests.The mesmerizing jellyfish were showcased in a captivating tanked section, complemented by an abundance of starfish, sharks, and stingrays. Towards the end, the touch tanks were a bit cramped and heavily populated. Regrettably, many visitors bypassed the final tanks due to the congestion and occasional pushiness. Nevertheless, the aquarium offered a splendid assortment of fish species that were a delight to behold.The premises and facilities, including the restrooms, maintained a tidy appearance. It is worth noting, however, that the hand sanitizer stations were found to be empty, which was a minor inconvenience.

Beautiful place. You can buy tickets in advance or at the door. We bought them on line just few minutes before and we didn’t have to wait at all. Excellent place to bring your little kids because there is a playground and the whole experience in general is super fun. The food is surprisingly good! This is not too common in places like this :). The sharks and jelly fishes are so beautiful, and the sea turtles are a show apart. We took beautiful pictures in the glass tunnel that look so good. Wonderful place to visit more than once.

I had a great experience at Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto. It offers an immersive and captivating underwater experience. I had fun time here. I went there at last night because I don't like to be around with too many noisy people. The staffs were so friendly even though I was there very late. I told them, "I took so many pictures!", and they replied me " Seems like you have lot of fun! We are happy to see that!" It is a good and positive experience here.

I really liked this aquarium. The "Ripley's" part is still unknown to me... Loved the layout and the different 'scenarios' for all the sea living creatures. My favourite was this upper part where you can actually pet the stingrays! So cute! And there's a part too where you can have a picture 'being in there' with all the fish (inside an acrylic cylinder of course), but it's a nice application. Amazingly huge spaces where you can get to see sharks and other big creatures (passing above you, casually). They have an interesting and eye-catching souvenir shop.

Great place for kids and adults likewise to spend a couple of hours enjoying the views of the enchanting under water world . I was especially enamoured by the kelp.. and the information about it.. ( used to thicken cream😮) . I enjoyed the jellyfish and axolotls, they were particularly enamouring. The giant turtle was a fantastic sight as well. The sea urchins and anemones in their exquisite colours were so surreal and beautiful. The place is indeed worth a visit . Educational, informative and well-designed.

Very good, a lot of kids but it is expected. The aquariums are well maintained, the fishes are great, the exhibitions are diverse and keep you entertained with facts and little activities along the way. The whole process of getting in was flawless since we got our tickets online. Overall it was great.

Took the kids on a weekday a few weeks ago. It was not busy. If you’re going to spend the money, I recommend going during the week as we were able to take our time, not have to worry about crowds, and see everything. The food wasn’t too badly priced either. My 5 and 11 year old both had a blast. There are lots of different interesting sections for everyone to see and be amazed. They even have discounted parking you can sign up for on their website and save money and time to trying to find somewhere to park.

It is a fun place to be. You can easily spend some couple of hours mesmerizing about the aquatic world. They got octopus/sharks/turtles and many other species. I like the dangerous lagoon in particular as it transforms you under water and the experience is great.We have visited this place many times, as my kid loves this place, in particularly the little play area they have.

My husband and I brought there our 3&5 y.o boys. All of us enjoyed the visit. Kids liked the aquariums, playgrounds and other interactive activities. My husband and I were mesmerized by the creates and the path under water. This place is a must to visit for a whole family. One thing to mention: be ready that the place is PACKED. We had to join a line even we arrived at 9.10 am. Also, before that we spent sometime to find parking which is not available on a site. It is a great idea to purchase tickets in advance. No need to print them. Just have your phone ready and click on a link receied after the payment got processed. Another tip: out kids got wet while playing at the water table. Hence, spare clothing might be needed.

We went at night. It's a lot better than the atmosphere. And there are a lot fewer people in the daytime. It's insane the number of people that go there. But at night it is just beautiful. All the lights, it was lit up perfectly. It was really beautiful. And the fish didn't see me trapped or treated in some kind of cruel manner. It was very. Large the tanks they We're in. There were sharks. There were stingrays there were jellyfish there were.Every kind of fish, you can even see a few larger tortoises 🐢.

Had an amazing time this weekend, took a friend from out of town to visit. Bought tickets in advance, and while the aquarium was busy, the entry was efficient and didn't have to wait in line at all!We got to see the Dive show and saw sting rays being fed - it was educational, insightful, and fun!Also got to touch a Sting ray - that was amazing!My favourite is still the tube with the conveyor belt - seeing sharks and schools of fish and sea turtles swim around you is just an incredible feeling - like diving but without the gear!It was a great afternoon!

Not my first time here, but was here chaperoning a class trip.The aquarium isn’t that huge (it’s a big loop that you can speed run through in ~10-15 min if you really wanted to) but it is packed with things to see! The reefs, the setups, the turtles and sharks and jellyfish are all so beautiful and I highly recommend you taking the time to really take in all the serenity of ocean life.Don’t miss the opportunity to touch some of the stingrays or to attend one of the dive shows!

Very crowded but we really enjoyed the tunnel and seeing the sharks, stingrays & turles, groups of fish swam over our head ls was really cool! I Was hoping to see more jellyfish. I also liked the seahorses and sea dragons. Takes about 1-2hrs to finish seeing everything unless you want to read all the info on the displays. In general, it is a good place to spend time with your family. There are washrooms which nice. Also sitting space is available in duration as it’s too much walk specially for seniors citizens and kids. There is a big variety of item in the souvenir shop. Finally, I was able to see many marine species and rare species. It was a clean and maintained place. At the end they showed documentary where they tells how they maintain all water and temperature for various species. Also you get chance to touch string rays which is fun and interesting part of visit.

Tickets - there are few ways in which you can get your tickets, 1. Online 2. on the premise, if you have a debit/credit card you can use the ticket kiosk available, which has fewer people in the queue and is faster.I booked my ticket on the premise via the ticket kiosk but it only printed me the receipt but no tickets, I followed up with the assistance counter there and mentioned the problem, they were able to print me the ticket, took me 15 min total, to get tickets.The aquarium - is very well maintained and clean. The main attraction is the shark tunnel. I was there with my kid and he really enjoyed it. I have been to another aquarium which had a larger collection of fishes and the entry ticket was also cheaper, but this place is in the heart of the city so ticket cost might be justified.The place has a cafeteria where you can get a quick bite and rejuvenate, I tried pizza and fries, cheese pizza 🍕🍕 was good.Do carry your water bottle as you might get thirsty during your tour, there are water fountains available where you can refill water.

This is my second time coming here after many years and I was blown away at how great it was. I forgot about the tunnel; that ended up being my favourite part. I did take my daughter with me and I wish there were more interactive things for an 11 year old. A lot of the interactive things were catered to toddlers.

Way more fun than I expected, and I expected it to be fun! There are so many cool creatures. I was in awe! The moving glidepath for the Dangerous Lagoon was amazing; I could just focus on watching the creatures. Ray Bay was so cool, and touching the rays was an awesome experience. Plant Jellies was fascinating! Takes about 1.5-2 hours at a good pace. The tanks are beautifully lit, and there is lots of touch information for kids. Visiting the aquarium is a great reminder to protect our oceans.

Went here about 7 years ago and it was just as good as I remember it. They have a ton of amazing exhibits including an underwater tunnel with a conveyor belt that runs the length of the tunnel. It gives you an awesome look into the world of sea life without having to do anything but stand there and watch.Tons of educational information throughout the entire place that can keep you immersed for hours.If you are visiting Toronto this is a must see.

The jellyfish show at this aquarium is mesmerizing. I’d really like to know how they engineered this exhibit. Do yourself a favor and come check it out. In the “tunnel underwater” exhibit you will have sharks, rays, and fish passing over you. The anemone exhibits burst with a gorgeous array of color. This aquarium also makes an exhibit of its massive water filtration system. Despite Ripley’s not being as massive as the Georgia Aquarium, it is still beautifully curated and very worthwhile visiting.

Great experience for people of all ages. It was about $36 dollars after converting from CAD to USD when I went which felt like a pretty decent price compared to similar attractions in the US which usually run much higher. I enjoyed getting to see all the animal exhibits. The jelly fish on the ceiling was probably the coolest. It’s easy to miss since your aren’t expecting to have to look up in that area. Getting to touch some of the animals in the water at the end is cool too, I just wished there was a spot to wash my hands afterwards.

A pricey aquarium but it's to be expected. The highlight is definitely the tunnel, surrounded by sea creatures of all types. Lots of informative screens, however you're not given much time to read them before it cycles to the next bit of info. I'd prefer it if the animals were labelled on plaques throughout instead.

Was a great experience for the kids. I, however, if, as an adult, are taking young kids, be ready to bounce through everything quickly. We missed a bunch of value in each display, as my children are smaller and didn't wish to wait around. They did ask to go back. If you’re visiting T.O. It’s worth it! I combined with the CN tower tickets bundle (only available online). I liked the aquarium MUCH more than the tower. They have many species and it’s well kept and clean. Some tanks are quite small. Even with mixed feeling of living creatures in captivity- how else can most people see these amazing creatures in real life and gain a grater understanding of how we should take care of our oceans. Not the biggest and best in the world but it’s 2-3 hours well spent - take your time to gaze and read. If you’re dead inside you probably won’t be happy with anything and should stay in your hotel . If you have curiosity and a sense of wonder you will love it. Expensive-yes-but worth it especially with kids.

A perfect place for day outing. You can take the ferry from downtown and reach the island in 10 minutes. The island has few café, barbeque areas, playground for kids, fast food restaurants and gorgeous beach. There is a gigantic lighthouse on the island. The best way to explore the island is by foot but one can also get the bike rentals. I usually ride my bicycle around the island and it feels very good. The spectacular view at the night of the city skyline is breathtaking. Weekends are busy try to visit on weekdays. The panoramic view of the city is worth the watch.

It's a great place to visit during a sunny weather. It has plenty of areas for picnics, multiple beaches for swimming, and a few landmarks, such as Gibraltar's lighthouse. There's also an amusem*nt park for kids, a small animal farm, and a couple of restaurants. Beware of the pricey food however; it's better to bring your own. All three islands (Centre, Hanlen's, and Ward) are connected to each other. It's best to traverse it using a bicycle (you can rent or bring your own), as it gets tiring after long walks. It's better to arrive and depart from either Ward or Hanlen's, as Centre Island is the most crowded out of the three, unless there's something specific in Centre Island that you'd like to visit first. Using a water taxi is worth the few extra bucks. You can return to the mainland using the ferry for free.

Love this place, the ambience is always pleasant and the views are beautiful. We went on the long weekend of Queen Victoria and I do not recommend it, definitely better to avoid long weekends, during this weekend the waiting times even for the water taxi was way too much, the ferry was taking way too long and the lines were insane. The washrooms lines were also very long. Not worth going on a long weekend but other than that this place is beautiful!

Getting to the island is easy, you can use the ferry that leaves every 30 minutes and holds a large number of people, or make use of the taxi boats, which leave according to their capacity. Both have staff to assist people with disabilities, especially wheelchair users and families with baby carriages.The ferry has restrooms, unlike taxi boats which are open (the ferry has restrooms for people with disabilities). The ferry currently costs an average of 10 Canadian dollars and the return is free and taxis cost an average of 12 Canadian dollars.The island has a great structure for barbecues, picnics, games with children, in addition to the structure of the amusem*nt park (toys are paid). The island still has some swings spread across several areas and the splash area.There are snack bars and pizzerias scattered around the island, as well as cars and ice cream stands. During spring and summer, many events usually take place (on these days it is worth arriving early and leaving early, due to the queue for the ferry). The structure has restrooms spread across several points, male and female, in addition to family restrooms and bathrooms adapted for the disabled.A tour that can't be missed by those who live in Toronto and by those who are on a tour.

Beautiful parc, where you can spend literally whole day and you won’t be bored. There’s an amusem*nt park on the island - we weren’t there, but I think that’s a nice place for children. You can take a nice walk, rest on the grass - nice spot to plan a picnic there. There’s a beach and the pier. You can rent a bike. There’s also a beautiful view over Toronto. For me this place is magical, so peaceful an a great place to rest, even to go there alone and enjoy the nature.

One of the must see places in Toronto. You can take a boat or ferry to the island. We took the boat for cad 12.50 when we went and we used the free return ferry on our way back. I really liked the island!But it was absolutely not cool to have to wait about 40 minutes for the ferry (in the cold). There were many people waiting. They were limiting the ferry to 50 people because they were short-staffed.

One of my favourite places in Toronto to visit! The island is packed with stunning sights of flowers, trees and various little animals that hang around in every corner. The park is well built to accommodate visitors of all types and their needs.There’s lots to do there, from swimming at the beach to having a picnic. The island is also bicycle friendly so look out for the rental at the end of the walk!The best way to come is by boat, there’s one that goes every 30-60 mins or so. A benefit t taking the boat at the scenic views of the cities skyline. Make sure to stay until sunset to get the best pictures possible from the park. By the time you wait for the boat it’ll be nightfall which is also the best time to take a look at the skyline with the building lights glowing.

All seafood products were worth every penny!! Everything we got was super fresh and yummy as always. Best spot for fresh seafood and the fun atmosphereThey will ship out the fresh seafood to your place for you. It isn't cheap but great quality seafood products and fresh vegetable. Have shipped it back a few times and love the tiger shrimp and oysters.

This large marketplace exudes history, charm, and the classic Canadian story of hard work and fresh produce. The columns were easy to navigate, with bountiful arrays of cheese shops, delicatessens, meat, fruit, vegetables and seafood. The seating was scarce but spread throughout the marketplace and the air-conditioning made for a refreshing stroll in the summer.Be sure you check out downstairs where I'd recommend the Everyday Gourmet Coffee Espresso roastery which was probably the first place in Toronto I've visited which took its coffee seriously.

Pretty good, not a tourist cash grab or anything of that sort. Every item that I ate there was delicious. Fresh food and decent prices. Make sure to go to the coffee shop at the entrance on weekend and have the Jamaican blue mountain coffee . It's probably one of the best coffees I've ever had.

This is a very organized, clean and comprehensive marketplace where they sell fresh produce, meats, cooked foods, coffee, kitchen essentials and more.It is a joy to walk here even if you are not buying anything and they sell way more stuff than the usual supermarkets near you, premium cut, special cuts of beef, mutton, chicken etc.Prices here are a little higher, but freshness and variety is definitely better than what you get at supermarkets where they do sell stale meats or items that are not as fresh.There are a few specialty shops selling cheeses, fresh or frozen seafood, wines and they are really amazing.As a consumer, I might come here to buy special items, but given the price, I will be selective and look for offer fresh items elsewhere. Nonetheless, this place is pretty nice to walk around, look at fresh produce and meats and get inspiration for your next meal.P.S. Not everything is that expensive, they do have special offers now and then so keep a lookout and you might just find those hidden gems.

A big and exclusive market hall in two floors, with exquisite products. Here there are fish shops, butchers, charcuterie, vegetable shops, bakeries and pastries shops that offer high-quality products. I liked the different kinds of tomatoes. The honey store became my favorite. There were also a tea and coffee stores where you can find different kinds of coffee and tea.

St Lawrence Market is must see location if you are into your food. The market has existed since 1803 and it is filled with some excellent vendors and not just ones serving food and fresh produce.The cake selection at the market was magnificent. The pictures are of the cakes that caught our eyes at Future Bakery.The market also has a great selection of butchers. One of our favorites was Di Liso’s Fine Meats for their magnificent selection of steaks.

A wonderful place to relive the past. It was quite interesting to see the old pics of the market way back in the 1880s...I was distracted by the history and the colorful shops displaying all kinds of fresh products. The covered market took me back to the New Market of Kolkata, India. Similar ser up and feel except that New Market is more sprawling. Must have some of the interesting food being sold there. Definitely worth a visit.

Even for tourists, freshly baked items and a quick breakfast are highly recommended here. However, the prices are a little bit on the higher side compared to China town.The building is quite impressive as well. And adjacent roads and area a offer few good spot to click some of your best Toronto cityscape pictures from your trip.

Had a great time exploring this amaZing market. There are two levels to it. Both levels have a variety of stores selling exotic ingredients, cheeses, breads, baked goods, there are food vendors scattered all around. The market is pricey but food is good.

Every time I go to Toronto the St Lawrence Market is a priority to visit. The great assortment of vendors and products always amazes me. I usually get an assortment of breads and meats and cheese along with whatever else catches my eye. I also love the assortment of fish and oysters!

This was one of our favorite weekend trips of our year 💯. We will be bringing a cooler next year when we come back. Parking can take a few minutes, but you'll find a spot. We would recommend everyone visiting the market for sure. I can't wait to see it again.

The experience was okay. If there were more animals to see, it would have been better. Spent around 5 hours and walked the entire complex and just saw less than 15 animals. But the experiencewas good. Oh, also, the staff was very knowledgeable. They explain things very well. If there's a way to find which animals are there ahead of time, it'll be better, I guess.

Get a 20% discount on admission when you give them your presto card seems like a better option than buying online/in advance if you don’t mind a little bit of a wait.Had a fun 5 hours and 20000 steps in. There were a few animals off display because it was too hot out. Would recommend bringing lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle. There are a bunch of benches to eat at and water refill stations.Their signage and map was easy to navigate. They also had fun facts and other signs which were educational and nice if you take the time to read.

The Toronto zoo is a really nice place to spend time in nature. We went there with family and had a great time. We actually started with a nice cheese pizza at the first stop of the hop on- hop off 😉. The exhibits of animals were really nice. One sad thing was to see animals in confinement do not augur well for me 😢. But the saving grace was that animals were taken well care of .The Hop On- Hop Off train rides to each of the sections were really good. They explained the family chain of animals and the history of the zoo which was fabulous. Overall a very well spent day.

If you as me are animal lovers, then this is the place to visit. Animals seem well treated, and the staff try to maintain an atmosphere as comfortable as possible for them.The pandemic has been a challenge in many ways, and zoos have been affected considerably. Coming with family and children is definitely the best way to support them and admire the animal greatness that we have around us and our responsibility to protect it.

Family Day trip was a success. We have always gone in the summer and even once as a COVID drive thru, but never in the winter. Lots on warm indoor options and surprisingly quite a few outdoor animals out and about, including the lions, tigers, hyenas, and the obvious polar bears etc. A lot less people was a bonus but certain sections were closed, such as the Canadian zone, hence a lost star. Kids had a blast and so did we. Still a great yearly family destination, and we are glad we tried a winter session.

We went to zoo on first week of April. It was a perfect weather for day out and enjoy the great weather. Though not all animals were out in their sections , we still got to enjoy the Africa section. Zoo is too big to complete in single visit,will suggest to get an annual membership to enjoy it.

Nice place to visit with kids and family. Kids will have a great time. The zoo is pretty big and you have options of zoo mobile to transfer between different stations inside the zoo. It takes around 2 to 5 hours to completely visit the zoo. They also have camping options where we can book and stay for the night. The Zoo staffs are so friendly! The parking ticket is 15$ per day. An adult it costs around 37$ per day. For infants less than 3 it is free.

Ensure to have an entire day free & if possible get in early to stroll around all the regions of the zoo. Ample parking space and charges are additional to the ticket. It's a good place for children to enjoy their time as well as learn about animals from various geographical areas. Stroller accessible, also has rentals available. Clean washrooms in America's and has food joints as well as picnic spots every few meters. They have a wide variety of animals in the Eurasia & Canadian domain, but others just had a few of them. Huge space, could have been used more effectively.

Had a fabulous time! So hard to choose a favourite area. It was so well laid out and really a great time. We had fantastic weather, which of course helped, but there's a lot of indoor exhibits, so if it rained we would have been fine too. Oh and we rented a stroller, which was a great idea! And the gift shop was not overpriced and had really nice items.

We had a great visit! The park was accommodating to people with disabilities and children. The layout was excellent to walk with good shoes and a child in a stroller. We saw most exhibits, zipping around in a condensed timeframes, since we traveled 2.5 hours from home. There were also plenty of shaded areas to rest and pavilions to have lunch or a snack. The animals were very visible in almost all enclosures. The new boardwalk through the wooded area is well crafted and the wooded canopy is a sight of it's own. Last time I had visited the snow leopard was coming soon and what a beautiful big cat to see. Make sure to see the camel's and the newest baby camel born this spring 2023... was only 2 weeks old today - so cute and worth going to visit this summer to see this baby grow. The gorillas were very entertaining and exciting to watch! Hippos were playful! My daughter is about 1 and a half and she was very engaged with learning animals in real life and sight seeing. This time of year there weren't many mosquitoes as well - loved it!

It's fun for little kids and a great educational space to learn about various animals around the world. Maybe it's the time of year we went, not too many animals are out on display. There's some nice boardwalks and pathways throughout that make for a scenic walk. Definitely a good way get steps in!It was raining for half of the day so the zoo wasn't too crowded which is what I prefer.Will be back for special events.

Bravo Toronto Zoo, for all you do to make us humans remember and appreciate how amazing other species are.The animals look healthy and comfortable in this world-class zoo. My fave this time was the orangatang mom and baby. The staff are great too: I got talking with a zookeeper scooping up goat poop and she was so fun to talk to, happily telling us the observations she's made in the poop of different animals.If you're the parent of a teenager, the zoo is a great way to unplug them for a whole day and give them lots of exercise. My teens just loved bringing a friend and being turned loose in here. They did the WHOLE zoo while I could explore more slowly myself.The flowers and landscaping are beautifully done.There is room for improvement on the signage coming into parking. It needs to be more clear, both on Google Maps, and on site. Also, cleanliness of the washrooms near the gate seems to be an issue.

We love the zoo! I love learning all about the animals from the volunteers. They have a wealth of knowledge! It is so big so I recommend getting a membership so that you can see it all slowly. It’s such a great way to spend a big part of your day outside. Lots of picnic tables to choose from. I love how there’s lots of fun “playground” areas for the kids everywhere.

No lines and lots to see. I was skeptical about going in winter but there was still so much to see. We enjoyed every minute of our afternoon at the zoo. Seems like it would be bumped in the summer but if you want a super peaceful experience winter is a great time to go.

A Toronto experience that was a first for me! I am still amazed at how easy the walk was. Every station just naturally flowed into the next, with no confusion of where we were or where we were going.There were many different stations, but I remember we did the safari, the different species of animals, birds, rhinos, monkeys, giraffes, gorillas, lions, tigers, snakes, fish and every species of animal you can think of! There's also a very lush forest, I was very impressed with, with a bridge almost suspended through it, which was very cool. I am still amazed at the expanse of land that the zoo sits on. It is a massive area!Next year I will definitely purchase the season's pass and go more than once. We went with a toddler in a stroller, very easy to move around. However next time will invite some older kids with us, I think they will enjoy and appreciate the animals more. Toddlers might be bored after the first 20 mins, but surprisingly mine enjoyed the entire walk!Definitely a spot to invest in. Will be our new yearly tradition!

Since moving to Toronto, I've been looking forward to checking out the Toronto Zoo. I've heard incredible things about it and I'm glad to say that they lived up to the hype.Though I visited on a weekday in the off season, there were plenty of animals to see and a lot going on. I was able to see several of my favourite animals including the massasauga rattlesnakes and the tigers, both of which had impeccable habitats and seemed both healthy and happy! It's clear that the zoo takes animal welfare very seriously.The staff and volunteers that I encountered on my visit were excellent. They were very friendly and talked to me about everything from the animals to the zoo updates to the volunteer application process. I ended up learning a lot from them!As a physically disabled person, I was initially a bit concerned about the accessibility of the zoo but after reading through the website's dedicated accessibility information, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only is the zoo fully wheelchair accessible, they also have wheelchairs, sensory bags, and other accessibility tools/mobility aids available for disabled guests to borrow. I also really appreciated the disability price on tickets, especially as I wasn't able to enjoy all the exhibits due to my disability (Though not for a lack of accessibility on the zoo's part!).While at the zoo, I was able to get some great pictures before it began to rain and, while it was raining, there were so many indoor exhibits to see.I ended up staying for nearly the entire day and grabbed lunch there. The food was expensive but no more than can be expected for such places. The only real complaint I have was that, despite having multiple signs and exhibits that spoke about the harm of single use plastics and included multiple solutions, the cafeteria and gift shop still used a LOT of single use plastics, even when it could have easily been replaced by a reusable, paper, or plant-based alternative.All in all, it was a great visit and I fully intend to return when all the exhibits are open and the weather is a bit more predictable.

However, one area needing improvement is the Canadian exhibit, which is inconveniently located down a steep hill, making access challenging. Given its significance as a Canadian zoo, enhancing accessibility to this exhibit would greatly improve the overall visitor experience. Additionally, many visitors, myself included, miss seeing the grizzly bears due to this inconvenience. Furthermore, I urge the zoo to reconsider its decision regarding the elephants and explore the possibility of establishing a suitable sanctuary within its extensive property in the Rouge Valley.

Super fun! They have such a variety of animals with big cages! Great family's, friends,field trips and more! They have food in a lot of places, pretty pricey but still good. They teach you a lot here and keep you happy! Great experience and just so fun! Great for all ages! Loved the polar bear💙

Organized a corporate event at the Zoo for 500+ guests and it went amazingly. The catering company was really good and was able to accommodate some dietary restrictions very well. They were even have scooters for rent for mobility challenges people like me which I appreciated very much as our picnic site was VERY far from the entrance, but otherwise a great time was had by all

The zoo is vast and boasts a wonderful environment. Both the admission fee and the food prices inside are very reasonable. It's an ideal place for families, friends, and couples to take a leisurely stroll. To explore the entire zoo on foot, expect to spend at least four hours. While they do offer a mini-train ride, it covers just a short distance and ultimately brings you back to the starting point. Some areas are available for rental, which might make it feel a bit commercialized, but aside from that, everything else is commendable. It's a perfect spot for a weekend outing or springtime excursion.

I visited in March. Still cold for many animals and sections of the park to be open. It was a different experience than when I visited 8 years ago, 9 years ago and 10 years ago all in late spring / summer ( June, July, August ). It was still very busy since it was a long weekend but one thing that stood up was amazing crew( super helpful and friendly). The kids zone was a bit underwhelming but my son loved the bat caves and wanted to spend all of his time there he also loved the bat booth with information and stories. There was a craft local market that we bought our bbq lunch ( locally made sausages) which was great. Food, drink and snacks are all across the park. Drinks are expensive ($4 pop) so not a bad idea to bring yours or have a water bottle ( multiple water fountains all across the zoo). If you have kids, definitely bring your stroller ( there is rent option but usually all go e depending on your time of visit. Ample Parking $15 per car payable upon exit by purchasing from the guest relations ( look in the map to find it) or online. Highly suggest the Zoomobile if you get there early and planning not to walk your whole day. $9 per person: makes your visit so much more efficient. Plus kids love it!Things I recommend: go in summer, June or October; preferably not during a holiday, bring your sunscreen, be there early around 10 am, have a hat ( for sun or if in Oct for cold- it can get very windy), buy zoomobile ticket. Research your route, let kids enjoy and do not worry about visiting everything.

We had an awesome time at the zoo. We went in February and the weather was great and they had a lot of animals out. It was great talking to staff about all the cool work they do reintroducing animals back into the wild! We loved hearing about the black footed Ferret and the bird that impales mice on Thurn bushes and the turtles and snakes they have had a big hand in helping. I'd love to go back in the summer. I'm sure it will be much busier in the summer but probably worth it. Either way whenever you go there is not a shortage of beautiful animals to see.

The Toronto Zoo holds a special place in my heart. Visiting as a child and now sharing special moments with my child, it has come around full circle.Having a membership gives great benefits from early admission, discounts on food, gift shops and first access on events.Most times I just visit to get away from the city and enjoy the serenity of nature and animals.There is a lot of construction happening now but from the looks of what's Happening if the construction is completed by the summer this will be a game changer! The new boardwalks, the paths the reconstruction of the entrance. I can see their vision and it will truly be amazing once everything is completed.Me is a perfect month to visit just be aware of the weather before visiting. But the temperature is perfect for walking the entire Zoo. For me I took my time and explored all the exhibits indoor and out including the greenhouse and the Animal Hospital. My favorite is the orangutan sanctuary where you can sit and watch baby Wali and his mama on the observation deck. It is absolutely astonishing to see how Zoo staff created their home away from home. All in all my visit took approximately 4 hours.Families have an option of renting strollers there's also the zoo mobile at a fee where you can take a small train / trolley around the park to visit all the animal exhibits and you can hop on the Zoo mobile at various locations within the grounds.I highly recommend the Toronto Zoo for families and even some "me time".

One of the largest zoo in the world! I didnt expect that. Me and my family enjoyed this place but you have to come early in the morning if you want to visit all the zoogeographic regions.. you can buy your tickets online to avoid long queue esp on public holidays..

Went on the weekend with my nephew and niece. The zoo wasn’t too busy, was lots of fun. Most exhibitions were open, lots of amazing animals, insects and wildlife to see. Was much bigger than what I was expecting, we really enjoyed our time here. We were there for 6 hours, it takes quite sometime to see everything. We spent some time in the gift shop and got a couple of souvenirs. Great place to take the family or go on a date. I would definitely recommend visiting the zoo to all my family and friends.

My wife and I have recently made a point of going to as many zoos as we can. The Toronto zoo is the first out of country zoo we have visited and it was an amazing experience. The Toronto zoo blends exhibits with the great Canadian outdoors flawlessly and you really feel as if you are hiking a trail while also enjoying the scenery of a zoo. The variety of animals on display are breathtaking and really made the trip worth every bit paid. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly. In our visit we were stopped multiple times by staff who wanted to help guide us to the animal enclosures that we most wanted to visit and tell us interesting facts about each animal on display! Another thing the Toronto zoo does extremely well is the size of each exhibit, all animals have PLENTY of space to roam and live happily, which is not something commonly seen in the American zoos I've visited. Overall the Toronto zoo is a stop that I already can't wait to visit again in the future filled with amazing exhibits, wonderful and friendly staff, and a great outdoor atmosphere to bring everything together!

I visited in 2017 and wasn't disappointed, and I sure wasn't disappointed today either. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The animals are obviously well cared for and happy. The place gives off great vibes. I feel like I'm part of a community when I'm visiting. Thanks Toronto Zoo!

A huge Zoo, be sure to bring shoes to walk in and a stroller for children 4 or 5 and under because it's a LOT of walking for little ones.A wonderfully kept Zoo with very friendly staff. The Tigers, polar bears, and wolves are great and you should be able to see them from any angle. Lots of great exhibits and lots of seating, which is necessary given the size of the Zoo.The price is more than fair given everything that is included. You can easily spend from open to close walking around and looking at things.The only Zoo of this caliber that I've been to is the Fort Worth Zoo, and that's high praise coming from me.Parking is easy, access and exit are painless, ticket entry is a piece of cake. Just easy from top to bottom to enter and see animals. Again make sure you're ready for long walks.Can't recommend it enough, the Toronto Zoo is top flight stuff!

Another must to do when visiting Niagara Falls. Great views of the falls from above and of the surrounding area. Observation deck has plenty of room to view the falls from many angles.Great tip is to buy the day/night pass to visit the tower twice within 24 hours. The first time we went up was at sunset in late-July. They illuminate the falls every night at 8:30 or 9pm. LED light show on the falls at night is pretty to see. Fireworks show every night at 10pm on the Canadian side of the falls in front of the American Falls. We didn’t watch the fireworks from the tower, but you could as it’s open until midnight every night. Great views of the illuminated falls at night. We returned to the tower the next day with our pass and went up in the tower during the daytime. It’s nice to see the falls at both day and night. You can spend as much time as you want on the observation deck, but we stayed probably 45 minutes to a little over an hour each time we went up there. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Tickets are at a good price if you booked it online so it is definitely worth it going here to see Niagara Falls from a different perspective. Being able to view the mist coming from the falls is amazing. It has an indoor and outdoor observation deck so you have choices if you want to view from outside or inside. The elevator staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. It’s nice to go here early in the morning so it isn’t crowded here. Amazing place to see the falls from up top!

This place is the star of the show. Easily accessible and had a lesser wait time than the SkyWheel. The elevator goes up there in about a minute so you can take some photos while going up. Once you arrive at the main entrance of the tower. You are greeted with the view of Niagara Falls. It was not that crowded at the time I went (It was a Tuesday) The view is great and you can spend unlimited time there for about 15 CAD. Overall. It's a good place to spend time and relax.

As a tourist who was unsure if doing the restaurant was worth it, if you already want to go to the top of the observation deck, I’d suggest it’s worth it to do.It’s certainly a “touristy” thing to do, but it’s probably worth it overall.DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK. It was definitely one of the most subpar steaks I’ve ever had. But the French onion soup, bread, scallops, and shrimp were some of the BEST I’ve ever had. Incredibly good tasting, slightly smaller meal sizes. But the steak was just plain bad. Don’t order it. Recommend anything else.Important to note that the minimum $49 is supposed to be $49 per person for entree specifically, however if you get good waitstaff (which they all seemed to be) you can get away with the starters counting to your total as well.Beyond that the views are spectacular. The rotating gimmick is fun. Cool to see the falls and eat with that kind of view, and if you were gonna head up for the observation deck anyway, a slightly expensive meal is probably worth it.Bread was super good, and butter is cute (see the last photo)

This spot serves the most incredible food. One tip, though: if you can, ask for a window table when making a reservation. While the inner tables still offer a view, you might have to peer past those lucky enough to snag a window seat. The food here is truly top-notch—fantastic selection, and you get a feast for the price. The chefs at this restaurant go beyond creating a meal; it's like a taste of heaven. The staff is highly professional, contributing to a fantastic atmosphere.

The Skylon Tower is a fantastic tourist attraction in Niagara. The views of Niagara Falls from the top are absolutely fabulous. On the ground floor, you'll find a nice Starbucks and a few typical touristy shops. Up at the lookout platform, there's a souvenir shop offering some great keepsakes. There are less vegetarian options.The views from the top are truly stunning, making the glass-fronted elevator ride worth every penny. However, the building's interior could use a modern touch.A tip for budget-conscious visitors: You can park affordably in the car park in front of the tower and enjoy a pleasant walk to the falls instead of shelling out $35 for the official falls parking lots. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience for anyone visiting Niagara."

An amazing view of Niagara Falls from the Skylon Tower revolving restaurant, on a quiet and clear day we had no wait to enjoy the lift and prompt service before our dinner. A good steak and vegetables with attentive staff, while the restaurant turned and gave us the best views of Niagara Falls. The cost of the dinner was offset slightly by the speedy and free access to the view, and with limited time at the Falls this was good use of our time. Just incredible views which we will always remember.

We came here to view the eclipse, and it turned out to be a great spot! Although we encountered clouds, the views from the top were some of the best that Niagara Falls has to offer. The staff were friendly, and it was quick getting to the top and back down. Worth checking out for an awesome views of the falls from above.

My husband , son and me had a great time going up to the viewing deck with a cute yellow elevator. The elevator staff was so creative , singing , entertaining well the guests. Up there , was so fascinating having the night view of Niagara Falls with different colour changing , on top of that fireworks . Amazing experience. Fee for the viewing deck was reasonable.I suggest to pay for day time and night time viewing. Next trip we will try the revolving restaurant.Highly recommend to try Skylon Tower!

A great experience overall, but expensive for what it is.We paid $20 for parking.We ate at the buffet, and per person it came to $75.30.The only reason I wasn’t outraged at that price, was the fact that we got to watch the fireworks over the falls from the observation deck after dinner.The dinner buffet was mediocre.There was a salad bar that had options like pasta salad, couscous salad, beet salad, pickled mushrooms, shrimp, and a few other options.The hot food section had roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, noodles, rice, chicken fingers, French fries, meatballs, fish, roast beef, ribs, pasta, shrimp and scallops, clams, and a few others.The desert bar had 3 different tarts, squares, cookies, fruit and whipped cream, cake, cupcakes, cheese and perhaps a few I have forgotten.It did seem like you have a better chance at getting a window seat if you have a group of people rather than just 2 people.The staff were top notch! Super friendly and professional!

We lucked out going up and had minimal wait time. The walk around the top goes quick but oh my the views!! 😍 The wait to come back down was a solid 20mins and they do pack the elevator to maximum capacity. Very nice people working, and visiting which was quite refreshing given a few other stops we had made prior. Would definitely do again!

The view of Niagara falls was amazing. They don’t have many veg options and The food was very overpriced and not worth the money. Very slow service, the staff at the front desk were very rude but the person serving was great. This place is only worth going if you want an amazing view of the falls

Fabulous views of Niagara Falls from the top. The ground floor has a nice Starbucks and a few tacky tourist shops. There is also a tourist souvenir shop at the top lookout platform. The views are stunning and worth the money to ride the glass fronted elevator to the top. The whole building looks very 1960’s and needs modernisation inside.Note - it’s possible to park pretty cheaply in the car park in front of the tower and walk to the falls instead of paying $35 to park in the official falls parking lots.

A visit to Niagara Falls wouldn’t be complete without experiencing the Skylon Tower. It’s the absolute must-visit spot for capturing incredible pictures of the falls.It has two options for dine in : one with revolving restaurant and other one is buffet restaurant.I took the buffet one as I personally don’t like revolving dining, it cost me $59 for buffet including observation deck . You can wait little bit to get a window seat to click the picture with fall or to enjoy falls while eating . Although I was lucky as it was not at all busy around 9pm so I get seat with no wait.View was spectacular, as it is located 775 feet above the falls. I love this and will highly recommend to live a moment for once .observatory deck was fantastic to view and enjoy the falls .

One of the best places to see Niagara Falls city and the Falls at night. The restaurant on top has a lovely view with an included ticket to the observation floor. However the food is not worth it , since the dishes costs around 50$.

The experience was not the best. We booked a reservation in advance for 7pm, got there a few minutes early and still had to wait until after 7:30pm to get a seat. Our seat was then placed next to the servers station so we were constantly being bumped into and having to keep an eye on how we moved not to hit someone. The appetizers and dessert were fantastic but the entree was not worth the price. Service did have a few small mistakes but was overall attentive and relatively quick on such a busy night. This would be a great place for kids and tourists but don't come here expecting to have a special night among friends.

GREAT place to get an amazing view of the Niagra Falls and surrounding areas! If you're visiting the Falls, it is a must visit attraction. It's not that expensive, and the views are incredible. The ride in the elevator takes about a minute. You're almost 800 ft up from the Falls. The tower, the elevators, and the railing/cage were all in great shape, very well maintained, so you have a great sense of security if you're afraid of heights. Expect crowds, it's a popular attraction, but it's so worth it.

You will pretty much be paying for the view only. Their food is nothing extra ordinary. I have had better steaks and bigger portions for better price.Service is okay. Some are nice but not all of them.The platform is rotating, not for everyone in my family as some got dizzy.After dinner you can go up their observation deck where you can have a greater view of the Niagara falls and the city.Will I go there again? Went for the early bird special, $49 per person 3 course meal. The restaurant revolves while you are eating and you get beautiful views of both sides of the falls. The food was worth every penny, so delicious and the service was really fast. They give you 90 minutes sitting time and there’s no budging. As soon as you finish they are rushing you out to bring in the next batch of people. Included in dinner is also the observation deck which was a great experience, you get to stand outside on the top of the tower and the view is just so beautiful

It was only a 3 minute walk from one of the main parking lots of downtown Niagara. Very nice views! They have a package to come back at night to see the falls (which we didn't do), but I would highly recommend this experience! It's kinda pricey so I wouldn't do it again.

Make a reservation! Amazing views. YES the restaurant revolves, it takes about an hour for a full rotation. They have an observation deck, food and drinks were very good but the atmosphere was even better. It's a little tight up there but service was good and attentive. You take an outside elevator car up to the tower, awesome views (pretty quick ride for those that are afraid of heights). It's a MUST, if you're ever in Niagara Falls!

Great experience visiting the Skylon Tower. This is a beautiful spot to have a slightly more upscale meal and take in the gorgeous view of Niagara Falls’ Horseshoe Falls. We had the great chance to enjoy the buffet in the lower of the two levels, there were many gluten friendly options available for me. After the delicious dinner we made our way up to the viewing deck and spent an hour watching the sunset on the falls and the beautiful lights illuminate the view.

It was a good experience. Although we got a bit lost when we went to see “The Falls 3D/4D” movie. But I highly recommend for someone that works there to put up a sign right by the escalator when coming down to the arcade because it’s separated from the tower itself. We were confused on where to go and didn’t notice a sign on the wall that was FURTHER away from the escalators.AGAIN, different building just FYI for those that buys the ticket for the video/ cinema.The view up there is nice! I highly, recommend to go there during the time when the sun is setting down and it’s becoming nighttime.They have an arcade connected to the Skylon tower but from the looks of it there wasn’t a lot of people there. I was even hesitant to go down there thinking that, that part of the building section is closed for the day.Didn’t see if there’s a restaurant connected to the tower itself but I’ve heard that it was nice.

Had such a wonderful time up there taking lots of pictures and looking at the amazing scenery. The staff are very friendly and will do anything for you . The skylon tower is well set out snd people are very friendly will do anything for you if you ask. You can have professional photos taken there I never had one but for what I saw they were cheeper than other places I have been to. I would go there again tickets were a fantastic price for the view you are gonna at the top . I recommend you go up here and tick it off your bucket list . 5 star from me.

We had an amazing Dinner here! The steak and prime rib were amazing! We ordered the calamari and had to send it back, but that was the only problem we had. The service was great, Vinny and Tom were soo great! They even sent us out a dessert on them because it was our anniversary. It was such an incredible experience. So much food we had leftovers too! So worth the price!

The last time I was in Niagara Falls was 40 years ago. I wanted to make this trip memorable. One of the highlights was dinner at the Skylon. Dinner and the views of the falls and surrounding areas were magnificent! Dinner here was a 5 star quality. We had the calamari appetizer and French onion soup. Both were excellent. The main course was strip steak and prime rib, and both were cooked to perfection and top-notch. Our server Rosemary was excellent and she put up with our corny jokes. The hot pecan pie with vanilla ice cream and fresh whipped cream was a nice finishing touch to a fantastic meal. With the exchange rate, and a strong US dollar, the meal was very nicely discounted. Highly recommended. Make reservations.

Our family had an amazing time at the Skylon tower viewing the falls. We also made reservations and had dinner at the restaurant all the way at the top. We had a beautiful view of the falls for dinner. It was a little pricy, but you are paying for the atmosphere and environment. The food was good and enjoyed the service from the staff. Just be patient for the elevator and know that you are in tourist areas. Gift shops were up and downstairs. We ended buying a couple items from the shop.

Dinner was good but a bit expensive for what you get. If the tower were newer and things were a bit more updated, I would be more okay with the cost. The lower parts of the building are kinda run down and half-abandoned, which was sad to see. The views up top are the only thing that makes up for it, and they are stunning as any could be.

Awesome place to view the falls and the city!! I would suggest go early if you can. We were there at 9:30am and there were barely a few people - it was great! No crowds of tourist and waiting in line for the elevators. Elevator 3 faces the falls on climb and descent.

Come for the views. Stay for good food and nice service.Skylon Tower appears to have seen better days and is in desparate need of an interior refresh. The interior is battered and worn with most retail spaces shuttered. Unfortunately, there are a number of artifacts, including barrels used to ride over the falls, which are inaccessible - squirreled away in an unused retail space.The food in the rotating restaurant is good and prices are to be expected at a tourist destination. The views of the Falls and the surrounding area are magnificent and the highlight of any visit.

The view was so gorgeous, my goodness. However the bathrooms downstairs were in an inconvenient area and they were disgusting. The staff was friendly. The pictures definitely were corny and a money grab, but hey, it’s a memory. The staff doing the elevator ride was super charming and funny. Worth it!

We visited from California and we're a but thrown back at how non friendly most people in Canada seemed to be. .. BUT this was one of the few places where that was not the case. SUPER friendly staff. AMAZING view, the steak wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was notable and fairly priced. Portions were perfect. The Strawberry Daqueri was 😚👌🤌The elevator ride is comparable to the Seattle space needle except slightly shorter. The night views are absolutely stunning. The platform rotates slowly so you can sit anywhere and still see the full view cycle. We went around about 1.5x in a 90 min time frame, so nothing crazy.

My family and I did the day and night visit. The elevator operators were super friendly and very knowledgeable on both visits. The views were absolutely amazing!

LINES!!!!!! Be prepared to stand in line! Purchase your tickets online ahead of time. With that being said, the experience was worth the wait. To stand below these massive falls was an amazing experience. You'll get a little wet but I enjoyed it so much that we felt we didn't need to take the boat ride to the falls. I recommend it

Amazing attraction where you can get sprayed by the falls. You can hear the water rushing down the falls. Wasn’t expecting it to be this crowded on a foggy day but it was still nice to visit. Better than a similar experience on the American side I went to a few years ago. There are two portals and one big observation deck here.

Neat experience! It's exciting to see another angle of the falls, and you can explore the tunnels beneath it. It's very busy and crowded, but worth doing it especially if it's your first time visiting.Also note, you can select this and some other options in a bundle if you want to save some money. It's not too expensive if you want to do the bundles. Definitely worth checking out!

There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. You get your rain poncho and wait to go down to the Falls tunnel. Out of three openings available, I would recommend doing just the panoramic patio. The "behind the Falls" part is nothing but a wall of water that looks like nothing. People take a million pics and it's just weird.However, the first (closest) patio/opening is the best to view the Falls from the side. Absolutely stunning views. Prepare to get wet! ;) But worth it. Skip the "behind" part and just enjoy the view from the patio.

We purchased the package, which cost roughly $50/person and included 5 attractions. You can either purchase it online or in person, depending on which season you're visiting, to avoid the lineup. Journey behind the falls is located at the main building you purchase the tickets. You take an elevator down. There is 1 deck area with 2 decks. One at the top which is covered and another at the bottom which is open. There are also 2 viewing points where you basically see the water. Views from the deck was amazing but be sure to wear your ponchos. The staff took a picture while entertaining and was selling them for $40 at the exit which was messed up. The gift shops were super expensive for the quality of item they're selling.

Niagara Falls is indeed spectacular, and the scenery and travel packages on the Canadian side are better than those on the American side. However, coming in winter or early spring when it’s very cold is indeed a test for tourists’ hands holding cameras and mobile phones. The town next to Niagara Falls is very attractive, and all aspects of tourism are well done. It feels a bit like a small Disney and Universal Studios.

I highly recommend this attraction. You down under the falls in a tunnel. Then, out to observation decks to see behind the falls. The sound is so cool. Then, head out to the outside observation decks. The falls are truly a wonderful experience. We did not realize it was a Canadian holiday, so there were a lot of diverse people.

Totally worth it! Not crowded in April and a good way to see the falls up close and personal. I loved to hear the rushing water and the occasional blast of the water hitting me as I looked out of the key hole. The look out point is spectacular, a big area with a covered top and open bottom. You are right next to the falls. And you get wet! I loved it.

It was fun to be on the deck, but the tunnels were just long waits to see a small window of water crash down. It was very cool to be behind the falls. Maybe it would have felt more worth it with fewer people. Waiting for so long just to see that was, eh? But, the deck is so worth it!!

This wasn't something that I was necessarily looking forward to doing, but my husband really wanted to do it. However, I'm really happy we did it. It was something that you don't get to do all the time and you don't get that close to a super powerful and beautiful waterfall every day!

Definitely worth your buck! Quite a bit of tourists, which is expected with a breath taking experience like this. The staff are very friendly and give you a quick history of the tunnels that were built underneath the falls. It can be a little slippery, so be sure to wear some adequate shoes.

It was spring break. And ticket was cheaper and no waiting long. Happy about we went there not in summer time. They said you need to wait over an hour in the summer time~ no boat at this time so that we tried journey behind the falls. And I am glad that we did it!!!!

The first time you go, it's really impressive to see the falls that close. It's really a "must see it once in my life" type of attraction.This year was our second time and the wow facter was a little less there. There isn't really anything to do down there except taking a few pictures inside the tunnel (they don't have interactive gallery or lightning and only have a few wall boards with historical facts while waiting in line) because they don't want you to stay down there too long.It's pretty much take the elevator, wait in line 30-40 min, take a quick picture or 2 behind the falls and please go back quickly waiting in line for the elevator to let others take pictures too.Like I said, recommended to see it 1 time in your life but since nothing was added in 10 years, don't expect anything new after.

It was such a unique experience. You can really feel the power of the waterfalls underneath it. It gives a new perspective to Falls viewing and the history and use of the power generated from the Falls is fascinating too. Even though it was the Easter weekend, it was not busy. We didn't really have to line up. The photos that you get at the end of the tour are quite pricey as to be expected but we bought them because it'd be a one time investment and it's a decent family portrait that we otherwise wouldn't have. Buying the photos would be optional.

One of the touristy things to do in Niagara falls. It is always great idea to purchase the ticket in advance to avoid the queue. Having said that be ready to stand in a queue to get in and get those beautiful views, it’s definitely worth it. Make sure to wear a good footwear as the floor can be slippery. The views from the outside terrace is breathtaking. They have two floors and soak all the views and sound you can. They also click your picture like every other experience for you to get a print if you like. I went there on a weekend around 4pm and could get in without a queue but there were long queues after that. I would highly highly recommend this experience.

Really neat to walk behind the falls. Terrifying to think of how many millions of gallons of water are flowing over top of you. It's very crowded and musty, so wear your poncho and bring your patience. Lots of good photo ops.

Spectacular views. The tunnel takes you very close to the falls and the view point is amazing. It's like getting a seat in the first row.Prepare to get soaked ☺️ it's worth it and can be very refreshing in hot summer days.We went on a Saturday early June and it was a bit busy, but the staff was very helpful with keeping the visitors in organized lines.

A must-see if you're visiting the Canadian side of Niagara. The grounds of the park are beautiful. Wherever you turn, it's a photo op. The gift store and building are wonderful inside. There is plenty of shopping and assorted places to eat. Going behind the falls was once in a lifetime experience. It is for all ages, from toddlers to senior citizens, it's not too scary . You get complimentary ponchos for helping to stay dry. They came in handy, being it was a rainy day. It was a great experience for the whole family .

Really interesting experience. For some reason, the observation deck was not open. But the tunnels were cool. We waited in line to view the Cataract Portal but the line for the Great Falls portal was too long. Since the observation deck was closed, we didn't have any issues with getting wet. Still recommend the stop though. You should buy a ticket and reserve your time in advance.

Wow what a great experience to walk under the falls and feel the power of water. A true inspiration and left feeling small! Would recommend to anyone especially on a quiet day, I imagine it gets crowded during busy times.

You get into tunnels that have 3 different views. The first shows you the waterfall from a lower level. The other 2 shows the water falling, so you're basically standing behind the waterfall. It's super cool especially when the water splashes on you.

Great place to see and hear the falls up close. Down here you can really feel the mighty force of the falls. Prepare to get wet. Also the tunnels are low. Anyone over 6'5" be warned to watch your head.

This was part of our ticket package deal that included this, maid of the mist, cave of the winds, and the tunnel. I'd suggest looking into the ticket package as it does end up saving a bit of money and all these attractions were definitely worth it! The falls are so big and so powerful that being able to stand right next to them and watch, it's beyond words.If you are near the falls, don't miss this! *we did this from the NY side of the falls but we're residing on the ON side for that week.

Great experience going down in the tunnels and learning the history behind the falls. You take an elevator 125' down till you get to the tunnel and walk about 25' when it spits to the right under the falls or straight to observation area, truly Amazing views being able to see inside the tunnels under the falls and getting close enough to feel the water spashing so if you want wear the poncho they give you, I did not wear one but I had a water proof heated jacket so was not needed. When the sun goes down and lights turn on, it's an extremely gorgeous site, a great place to propose 😀 or site see.

It's amazing to feel the power of the falls. The lower deck wasn't open when we visited as it opened closer to the summertime. There was probably less of a crowd than there would be during the summer, and we didn't have to wait in line very long beforehand.

Very affordable for such a cool experience! To have the perspective to go behind the falls will give us a lasting memory! And we were suckers and bought the picture after but actually it turned out to be a great souvenir option!

I highly recommend the tour bus. Our guide was very informative, professional. We made photo stops and did not rush us as we had time to venture out and see the sites. Driver offered discounts for the added attractions. The Fall were breath taking and a must see to believe. Overall great experience.

The Journey Behind the Falls experience was part of our wonder pass and was a wonderful experience. It consisted of a short tunnel that branches into two different directions. To the left was the observation deck that gives you this pretty view of the falls (first video). Then, a little gated glimpse into the old tunnel aesthetic. When you go to the right of the fork, you are taken to the two look out points BEHIND the waterfalls (included below). You can literally feel the waterfall moving all around you as you walk through this portion of the tunnel because it is quite literally running over you. It was so cool to witness, I highly recommend!

The coolest part was going through the tunnels, and you can even see one that was abandoned. But you stand in line to see a huge sheet of water. Not sure what I was expecting, but it was OK. The best was the view from the side platform though the crowds made this hard to enjoy. It took a long time to fit any kids through the mass of people to get a good look. Fun to see the boats down in the mist and power behind all that water. Glad we went, but wouldn't go again.

Simply breathtaking. This is one of the things every person should visit during their life. One of the best natural landmarks I have ever seen. Please visit if you can. You can even spot raccoons in the park.Visit the Canadian side for better view, but also check the US side.

It is just amazing what mother nature has created for all of us to view! The mist from the falls felt good on the day we went due to very above average temperatures. If you haven't seen the falls in person I would definitely recommend you make time to try!

The falls are very beautiful. They have daily night shows with fireworks, and there are lots of activities to do on Canada and the U.S.A. side. It is $1 to walk across the Rainbow Bridge per person. It was very interesting and it had a spectacular view. Would definitely 6

The behind the falls attraction is really cool, telling the stories of the falls. What makes Niagara Falls so impressive is the amount of water flowing over. Most of the tallest falls in the world have very little water flowing over them. It's the combination of height and volume that makes Niagara Falls so breathtaking. the falls consists of three falls in total. The largest one is Horseshoe falls, followed by American falls and then Bridal Veils falls. Carries more then 75 gallons of water per second.Worth a visit in a lifetime

Niagara Falls is as gorgeous as the say. The area is very commercialized, and I thought that might detract from our enjoyment, but that wasn't the case! We stayed in a room at Embassy Suites on the Canada side. It had an expansive view of all 3 Falls comprising Niagara! We did most of the falls tours on both the Canadian and American sides. Cave of the Winds was our favorite!

It’s amazing how nature can give us a beautiful view with magnificent sound of waterfalls. So peaceful and tranquility! Perfect for family of all ages! To note we went at night and day time. The view is amazing and no one words can be described. Night time has its own unique feel and day time we rode on the Maid of Mist to get the feel of that Niagara Falls experience.

You have to visit and see it for yourself. I was on the Canadian side because i heard it had more activities and it was so true. The view of the Falls are incredibly beautiful during the day and even more spectacular at night time.Visiting Niagara Falls was a truly awe-inspiring experience. The sheer power and beauty of the falls left me speechless. The view from both the American and Canadian sides is breathtaking, and I recommend seeing it from both angles if possible. The boat tour gets you up close to the falls, and you can feel the mist on your face. The surrounding parks and attractions make it a complete destination. We came late October at the end of the season. We traveled from PA wanting to see the fall leaves. Overall the town is run down and not very appealing. We were located in a hotel and were able to walk to all the attractions that pretty much can be done in less than a day without using a guide (don’t waste your money). Here are some tipsGoat island: nice walk, can follow the river and stop by numerous lookouts to take pictures. Free to enter (walking) and where you’ll find the cave of the windsCave of the winds: $14 per person, you take an elevator which will drop 130’ and put you at the bottom of the bridal’s veil fall. You then walk in wooden platforms to near the base of the fall. At the time we did it they were already taking down platforms so weren’t able to get close. The whole thing takes less than 10 minutesMaid of the mist: $24.50 per person takes down both sides of the fall (US and Canada). Actually trip is about 10 minutes and the like to pack the boat. Most people go up… stay in the lower deck and in the front as most people will go to the upper deckThe lookout deck: included in the price of the maid of the mist. Super high views of the river and the fallsHowever, the river trail is a nice easy walk to all the attractions and has very pretty small spots that you can discover if you take your time

The falls themselves are impressive and definitely worth seeing at least once in your lifetime. However, the surrounding area is so overly touristy that it feels more like Disney World than the incredible natural wonder it is. We went in September and it was so crowded you were pretty much shoulder-to-shoulder with crowds the entire time. I would love to go back when it’s little less crowded.

About as awesome as nature gets. The majesty of this is stunning.On the Canadian side there is a lovely restaurant overlooking Horseshoe falls. Reasonable prices for a natural wonder of the world.We could have stayed all day. Breathtaking in the winter.Boat trips don't run this time in February and still stunning to be there

Well everyone said go to the Canada side to see the falls, they were correct!! Amazing views!! The closer you get you can feel the mist from the falls and you can hear the falls!! Parking was tight and you can spend anywhere from 15 to 25 a day to park depending on location. Also I would plan at least 3 nights maybe 4. There is a lot to do for everyone!!

The falls are beautiful! Lots of viewing areas. There were a lot of people, but there were so many areas to view the falls that it was easy to get a spot at the railings for a great view. Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms available, gift shop, and drinks available for purchase. Hiking, biking and viewing trails.

Wow, just wow! Absolutely stunning and free to boot. The Canadian side has a better view but the NY side is up close and personal. I’ve traveled the country and glad I got to see this. I especially like the Tesla monument as he doesn’t get enough recognition. Go to Canada if you can as well.

You've got to put this place on your "must-visit" list at least once in your lifetime. It's seriously stunning. And here's a heads-up: don't miss out on the ferry ride. It's a totally unique experience, and it gets you super close to the falls – be prepared to get soaked!

It's a must do destination, words cannot describe how incredibly powerful and amazing this place is.The Canada side also has beautiful parks and gardens and the falls are bigger with access tunnels to go behind the falls.The boat trip is also worth it, and so is the power station tour.

What a great experience! We visited both sides of the falls. Gray Line Tours is how we did it. They took care of everything. The falls are absolutely breathtaking. They were "low" when we were there because 80% was being diverted for power stations. Can only imagine what they are like when they are only taking the 20%. We were there the weekend after Thanksgiving. It was definitely cooler but a lot less people too. Would go again!!

I enjoy the breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. It is the combination of water flow from a height and it's volume that makes it an impressive place to visit. One can do a lot of fun activities and gaming in Niagara. You can also enjoy the skywheel ride at Clifton Hills street and enjoy local and foreign food outlets there. You can also see US water falls on the other side. One must visit this beautiful place.

Super accessible and right by the parking lot! Came here as a kid and adult - loved every visit! Try the Maid of the Mist for an unbeatable vantage point of the falls, or walk the walkway the goes about the water further down

Felt that it wasn't as grand as it looked on google. I personally felt The Grand Canyon was more awesome. In any case, it's still a wonder of the world.Though it wasn't snowing, the wind was freezing, and I couldn't stay very long to grab my photos and videos.Visited in February

We visited the falls with my family in March. It was sunny. We really enjoyed. It was a dream since childhood. Cool. Greatness!

It's is a wonderful place you can see Canada from New York and it is amazing make sure to bring a strong jacket and hat and gloves because it is cold in there and bring a camera with a lot of memory because there is a lot of things to take photos

We enjoyed the basic tour (2 options avl: basic is 75 minutes and premium is 120 minutes). We didn't ask what the difference between the 2 tours was, but since 75 minutes fit into our schedule, we chose it. It was an interesting tour and the tour guides were quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would like to view the gardens in late spring or summer as the grounds appear to be meticulously maintained. We visited on April 1(too early for blossoms) and it was snowing and quite windy. Photos are only permitted while OUTSIDE or inside the conservatory. No photos allowed inside the house whatsoever. A short (8 minute) and informative movie started off the tour that provided a background on the relationship between Wright and Martin. The attention to detail and design of the home was exclusively Frank Lloyd Wright, including the furniture throughout the home. There were many references to the rather large basem*nt which was supposedly used for some entertaining, however, that is only viewable with the premium tour. In our opinion, the basem*nt should be included in the basic tour since it is referenced throughout the basic tour. At the very least, it should be identified in advance of purchasing your ticket so as a consumer you are aware of that option and make an informed decision. Very clean reception area, well maintained restrooms and friendly staff.

Touring the Martin House was a fantastic experience. I did the 2 hour tour on a beautiful spring day. It was very informative and nice to visit the upstairs. It was hard to believe it was designed and built in the Victorian era. A VERY highly recommended tour.

We did not take the full tour but had a look from outside. We went for a short visit and did not have time to wait until tour started. I wish if we can buy tickets and have a look inside on our own pace rather than spending a lot of time following a tour guide.

It’s was a nice little tour, it lasted about a hour and a half, we toured the front of the house and then the first floor and a few rooms upstairs and then the conservatory. I really wanted to tour the whole house for the price I paid. But nonetheless this is Frank Lloyd Wrights design so I’m not surprised. The grounds were well kept and our guide knew her stuff. I enjoy touring estate homes and this one did not disappoint.

They offer two tours. The 70 minute tour is only the main house. The 2 hour tour is of all of the buildings. If I had realized that we would have taken the 2 hour tour. The house is in a residential area, so be sure to arrive in plenty of time to find parking and walk to the house. It is interesting and the building has many original pieces of furniture designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The history of the Martin family explains why the house was designed the way it was. Unfortunately, when you go upstairs you only get to see part of the house. It would have been nice to see more. You can only take pictures in specific areas, mostly outside. Nice gift shop with beautiful items.

Took the 75 minute docent led tour of the home. He was so well informed on the main things you'd expect to learn, yet the small details he wrapped in made it a really neat experience. Going online to get tickets is needed, I'd do so as far ahead as possible. My friends and I found ourselves wishing we'd been able to take the 2hr tour; unfortunately it was sold out.

Beautiful construction, magnificently designed. The staff were so nice and very informative, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work their. They were incredibly nice to us as let us take care of our young son who was with us and walk around the garden to calm him down. They truly cared about making our experience a nice one.

The Martin House was BEAUTIFUL!!! If you love different in architecture you will love this home!! Take a tour with a docent... we took the 1.25 hour tour and saw the house, conservatory and the carriage house and I was really impressed with it all. I would love to live in this house but I would never leave it!!! From the stained glass windows to the 8 miles of woodwork, this house is just amazing!! Don't miss it when in Buffalo!!!

Amazing house and it’s very well preserved. I took the basic tour at it lasted around 1.5hrs. You can ask as many questions as you want and the tour guides are very good experts in Wright’s architecture. Take the tour, is the only way to go inside the house. Indoor photos are not allowed. There is a 10 min video presentation at the begging that really helps understanding the historial context of the house. Take time after the tour to look around the house and see some cool old houses in this historical neighborhood.

Great experience at Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House! . Wright's architectural genius is well explained both on the tour and by the movie at the beginning of the tour. The tour also gives the history of the home and the home's owner Darwin D. Martin.Did the 75 minute tour which takes you both inside and outside the house. Once inside the house each room is explained in great detail. The most interesting parts of the house are probably the conservatory and the sunrise fireplace. As with most Frank Lloyd Wright houses the furniture design is second to none. The barrel chair and bookshelf are the most memorable furniture designs in the house.Gift shop was good, some items were over priced, but they had a lot to choose from. Be sure to purchase a ticket online in advance. They do offer a few different tours. Photography is not allowed in most parts of the house.If you have been to other Frank Lloyd Wright houses and not yet seen this one, it should be added to your list!

This 100+ year old home is a must see if you visit buffalo. Our two hour was incredibly detailed and very informative. A truly beautiful piece of American history perfectly preserved.Thank you for a fantastic afternoon

Oh my God, where do I start? Our tour guide is very informative. We did the least expensive tour, wish we did the 2-hour tour. The pain staking restoration of this piece of art Architecture is magnificent! Thank you to the craftsman, the artisans, and the backers for saving this for future generations. The design, the eyelines, the thought and design going into even a narrow nearly hidden window encompasses the brilliance in Frank Loyd Wright's design in Martin House. If you are on the fence to see this home, jump over Nd come in. You will not regret it.

What a treasure! This was my first FLW project to visit and I’m pretty sure the bar has been set. The information center is incredibly well designed with plenty of information.The tour is fantastic and well worth the price of entry. The Docent was kind and knowledgeable.Then the house itself is nothing short of a masterpiece. The crown moulding woodwork is incredible, the art windows are perfect, the tiling is brilliant. The “flow” of the home is unique and offers moments of intimacy and awe. Well ahead of its time.I wish I could have taken photos inside, and I would have loved to explore the basem*nt, as I’d wager there might be some hidden creativity there as well.100% a must see for any art and design lover.

Excellent tour and facilities. How little Frank Llloyd-Wright cared about the people who lived in, used, the houses he designed never ceases to amaze me. Martin's wife was legally blind and there is not one thing about this house design that is sentient if her experience. It's classic Frank, clever, pedantic, beautiful, and all about Frank's aesthetician over comfort or use. On a bright day they had all the lights on - because his aesthetician is a terrible use of natural light. Fascinating!

This was my first time visiting. I was very impressed with the complex. The 75 minute tour was well worth it. It was worth traveling for. The detail that went into the design of the house is breathtaking. It was encouraging to see the efforts of this group to restore this house to what it was like over 100 years ago. Loved the tree of life stained glass. The detail that went into this place was better than some of the other FLW houses I have been to. If coming to Buffalo this has to be on the list to visit.

We went on the shorter 75 minute tour and it was fantastic! Both Eileen and Paula did an excellent job telling the stories of this beautiful home. The tour starts with a 9 minute video about the history of the Martins, Wright, and the building of this house. There is a cafe and a gift shop on site that sold lots of Frank Lloyd Wright merchandise that can be found at all of his other homes. We have a NARM membership so the two of us were able to get in for free! Well worth a visit if you’re in Buffalo.

A wonderful walk through the past visions of amazing architecture from a man who was a great artist and designer.the attention to detail of everything you could possibly think of.the use of wood and brick blends together perfectly.a must see if you are in the area.

Amazing rehabilitation to the tune if $50M+! We took the shortest tour- 1hr 15 min. The tour starts in the new building (award winning architecture itself) with a quick film and then a walk though the first and second floors of this historic creation of Frank Lloyd Wright, one of his earliest projects that helped catapult him to the fame he attained as a premier American architect. Absolutely beautiful rehabilitation and detail.

We enjoy going to this casino. It’s low key and not sensory overload with noise. The crowd is a more mature, relaxed crowd, with a good vibe. It’s easy to get to, the parking lots are safe and and easy to get in and out of. Service is quick and the slots are fair. The bar is right in the middle and easy to get to. We enjoy going there and blowing off some steam.

It needs to be a little updated staff was friendly but they didn't have drinks excessible or easy to get to also. There wasn't many wait staff but A-OK casino.I do recommend this for my friends and I will be back. Oh yes You're also as a live band there which was a decent Band.

We always enjoy going to the Hamburg casino for a number of reasons. We find the staff very friendly and helpful the food and beverage prices are very affordable and it very clean and a safe place. The no smoking in the casino is also another benefit. They have a section for smokers along with different types of gaming machines so if you need to smoke you don't have to go outside.

Usually I don't do reviews unless something was exceptional or something that really bothers me, but last night was an Exceptional Night at Hamburg Gaming. The fish fry was EXCELLENT, fresh, good portion, and well worth the $15. The country band was also Exceptional.

All the way from Texas, and I have to say this place is ok. I never expect to win so I won't rate that. They have a ton of games but the 4 stars is because they don't have any $1 nine line slots.

Loved playing the slots. I actually won! I ordered some hot chicken wings. The worst Buffalo wings that I have ever had! They were soggy and some of the skin on the wings were chewy and felt like rubber. Also, the celery was soft and tasted like they were boiled and soggy.

By far the worst casino I've ever been too. Small, boring machines, terrible promotions. I had a promotion for a rinky dink $20 free play and the machine printed the ticket incorrectly and I couldn't even use it! I called for service and finally after 30 minutes and $200 dollars later, I was told that the promotions desk was closed and they were the only folks who could reproduce the ticket! Money guzzling place and it's not even fun there..in fact it smells like urine inside. Don't waste a trip to this terrible casino.

This is a review for Indulge @ Hamburg Gaming. It is convenient when going to the casino. This is the only good thing I can say.Prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you get. I had the chicken sandwich, all roll very thin piece of chicken. To substitute for something other than fries, price is abit high.Very disappointed with this place. I will never again eat here.

Best place to go for a night out when you have nothing planned and want to have good food and a good experience! Some of the best video slot machines I’ve ever played! Definitely will be going back it was a 10 out of 10 experience plus if you sign up for the membership card, they give you free play as well as an optional dining experience coupon!

I'm an alcoholic and loved coming to this place for a couple of drinks and betting away my daughters college fund that my grandfather left her. Good service juts make sure you leave some money in your car to get gas on the way home.

Very nice establishment the people are friendly and the food is good but it can be very painful to loose your money they also have live bands sometimes and sports to watch. You can even play lottery! Well kept casino and pleasant people working there. Payouts are as good as Batavia Downs. Both casinos have free self serve coffee and soft drinks. Has a decent fish fry. The Strangers band played Friday and rocked the house. Huge amount of the better/newer video slots. No card tables. Only open till 4 am.

Very clean, staff are extremely friendly. Great chicken wings at the small restaurant and Cyclone Bar has great drinks, especially their Long Island Ice Teas. I wish the ratio of free play received was higher than it is as you have to spend/lose/play a lot in order to get a decent amount but other than that I really enjoy Hamburg Casino.

So far, my experience with Delaware North and everyone at Hamburg Gaming has been fantastic.During my interview and on boarding, Toni (in HR) and Chef Brian were extremely welcoming. I was worried that they would not be as positive/understanding and friendly once I was actually hired.But, those worries proved to be unfounded.Everyone that I have interacted with so far has been extremely friendly and helpful. I look forward to working with the Hamburg Gaming staff for foreseeable future.

I can't believe the young red head lady at indulge!!! I spend thousands in this place every single week I didn't become a diamond member in a month for no reason!! She was so nasty and rude to me ... And when I asked her a question she said to me so rude that the line is over here which by the way there was no line .. then she cut me off and took the person that walked up behind me but closer to the side she pointed too ... How dare you. I stood there patiently waiting for the supervisor but they were extremely busy so I just left !! On top of this .. the same employee was definitely high on something her mouth was twitching and eyes and she was very jumpy.. I have seen her before and she wasn't like this so I know that she was clearly on something!! Ridiculous to let her even work today that's how obvious it was that she was under the influence of something!! I was so disgusted with the whole situation!! As a diamond member I should have never had to experience the treatment of such kind ... Well as any member!! However I take it very personal considering I have only been coming since October of 2023 and I was a diamond in less then a month!! Not sure if I will be returning!!

Not a big gambler, went there to try out the Indulge restaurant. Food was excellent, very generous portions, in fact personally I would have preferred a smaller portion and decreased price. Had the meatloaf poutine and took it home for two more meals. Reuben was also excellent.

Very welcoming, very knowledgeable staff, very friendly staff. Casino is very clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend to everyone to come to play here you won't be disappointed!

The casino was clean and spacious. There were complimentary drinks (coffee, tea and pop) . A waitress took my friends' alcoholic drink orders and brought them their drinks at the machines. We played mainly Penny slots. My friends smoked so we ducked into the smoking room, it was packed and cramped, we didn't stay there long. All the employees were encountered were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We had a good time. They won, I lost. (Boo, lol) I'd go back again.

First time visiting after looking for something indoors. Very clean and very friendly staff. They were helpful and made you feel welcome. Even being busy and having some difficult customers, the staff kept calm, smiling and weren't stressed. The complimentary beverages are nice and having a tim hortons was a bonus as well! Will try the food next time I go as they weren't opened quit yet when I went!

Awesome place to bring the family. A lot of big cats that you can see up close.The staff was very nice and helpful.We went during the week so it was rather quiet... Had the whole place to ourselves.They are always in need of frozen meats. If you can remember to bring some they'll give you a family day pass for free. Nothing breaded or seasoned though!

It was on my bucket list ✔️ & my 60th Birthday, to feed a few bigger kitties (not domestic). They are very well looked after, great staff, well knowledgeable and caring all around. Would definitely recommend at least a one night stay in one of the rooms, or even a day trip. We were in the Lions den a small apartment size and very cool....a must

We had an incredible day! The staff at the park are so amazing. They went out of their way to make our behind the scenes experience memorable. We fed lions and tigers and hung out with the lemurs! We even got to see a baby lemur barely 2 days old! How cool!The park is clean and well laid out. There’s lots of things for the kids to climb on. A bit of a playground and an awesome tree to explore. The rabbits were also a huge hit. Not every day you can hang out with alpacas and donkeys and lions and jaguars and and and and!!!!We highly recommend the behind the scenes experience to get close and personal with some creatures of your choice. Learning about the animals is an added bonus and my big cat loving kiddo was in awe the whole time.

Jungle Cat Zoo is an experience. I went for the behind the scenes and loved the close interactions with animals. Feeding the lions and tigers was out of the world. The hawk Pandora is really friendly. I enjoyed the whole experience but the weather was really gloomy. So if you wanna go there make sure it's a sunny day. The staff was also friendly and polite giving you all the information about the animals.

Jungle Cat World was a great experience. Got to see the staff feed three of the large animals ( which the kids loved). A nice size facility for the animals that they've rescued. Some animals roam freely on the premises. It was nice to watch the kids interact with them. A great day was had by all. 😊

Went here over the summer, and forgot to leave a review then. We paid for the extra packages to be able to feed the lemurs, and also the lions and tigers. Worth the money for sure! I came all the way from Rochester NY, but my fiancé is Canadian (Lindsay, ON). The zookeepers are very friendly and knowledgeable. And according to one of them, my fiancé was the first person the baby lemur ever climbed onto. Before we entered the exhibit, she told us that the baby was very shy and wouldn’t climb onto us. Then it jumped right onto him, and started grooming him! 😂Very cool place, we would visit again.

Cute place to visit. Plenty of wild cats and wolves to be seen. We were warned by staff to be careful of the ice and there was plenty of ice mixed with snow. Received a family pass which we will use in the warmer weather

Such a cool place to experience amazing interactions with animals. Booked the Behind the Scenes experience for our anniversary and it turned out to be a good surprise! Was able to interact with a kangaroo, savannah cat and lemurs! Had a great tour guide who was very informative, fun and made our experience more enjoyable. Definitely recommend to visit here, especially families and for couples! Will for sure make another visit 🙌🏾

The park is good spot to have a interaction with animals, we can feed them and touch them. Nicely managed and no time taking easily can be covered within an hour. I will recommend this park for family with kids who wanna enjoy their day with nature and animals😊

What an amazing place to visit with the family. My kids had a super fun day seen local and exotic wildlife. Very educational for everyone. Our favorite was the feeding time. It's just awesome to see such majestic animals few feet from you. Love this place and will definitely come back with our family friends ❤️

An absolutely electrifying experience! It was surreal! We've never see animals like these ever before, and in such a close proximity. The feeding tour at 1:30PM was thrilling while the sweet lady fed the animals she also gave us so much exciting information about the animals, they had such an amazing bond! I highly recommend visiting, especially with kids. They also give these small packets of pellets which you can feed the friendly donkey, bunnies and llamas. The kind old lady who owns the place was very welcoming and sweet.

What an amazing day! We went on a drizzly December so were the only ones in the park. This got us so much time with each animal and a private guided feeding tour. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Animals seem well looked after. The bunnies were my favourite, love how you can go right in and hang out with them ❤️🐰

I'm not a big fan of zoos and would rather see the animals in the wild. But when I went to the Jungle Cat World, it was better than I expected.I had a fantastic experience. It was way better than anything I could expected. Their staff was so friendly and so nice. Really enjoy our conversations with Candice and Jesse. They cared for the animals as if they were related to them, and liked them. They had these amazing bonds and told these awesome stories of the animals and growing up with them from they were babies in certain cases. You could see some of the animals excited to see Candice and Jesse. Their passion for the animals was so awesome.I had the opportunity to do a behind the scenes experience. in this experience, you got to pick 3 animals that you want to feed and have a closer interaction with period I picked the jaguar, Snow leopard and tiger. The reason I picked these animals are because I'm about to head to India. To try and find lions, Leopards, tigers and snow leopards. I thought it would be smart for me to have an experience a close to a couple of these animals before I went so I booked my experience for just days before I was to travel to India and brought a very talented artist and former roommate in University with me.When I arrived at the gate I checked in at the front door and they explained to me what was going on and I wandered through the zoo and saw more animals than I expected. It was very cool. The enclosures were a little bit smaller than I might have wanted having just returned from tracking cheetahs in Africa. But these are animals that are not allowed to be reintroduced to the wild because of potentially different reasons and their space are bigger the ministry guidelines.I hope to visit them again in March with stories of wild cats for their awesome staff.

Had an amazing birthday there, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The animal all seems happy and well, the feeding time was a show of its own, so we went to try the behind the scenes tour as well with Jess and Ashley and I just want to give them a special thanks for making the experience incredible. Overall will definitely be recommending friends to visit and will visit again in the near future to try the cabin experience.

Had a wonderful time at Jungle Cat World with my family. Went on a Sunday and it wasn't so busy where you couldn't enjoy yourself or get a good view. Every animal was so close up which was delightful. Got to see the wolves and the lion/lioness get fed which was neat. Spent two hours just taking our time to see everything and we really loved seeing some animals roam freely amongst us. Mikey the Donkey was the star of the show. There's also a space where you can pet and feed the bunnies. Just a really happy experience. The cafe and gift shop seemed to be closed but washrooms were open. Will definitely come back in the summer time!

Incredible overnight experience here! We stayed in the Safari Lodge for one night. We loved being able to access the park after hours, and thoroughly enjoyed frequently checking up on the beautiful animals. So much fun. Staff are so dedicated and accommodating. Thank you for a truly unique experience.

What an amazing place to visit and experience. All of the animals are so happy and have bonded to their loving keepers. Completed the Behind the Scenes experience with the amazing Jesse, who you can tell is super passionate about her role. Fed a gorgeous striped hyena named Ed, howled with Loki the wolf, and fed Belak the stunning snow leopard. Jesse spent time explaining everything about the animals, and its safe to say this is not the last time I'll visit! You can also watch their daily feeding at 1:30pm and learn about the different animals, and pet bunnies, goat, a donkey and alpacas that roam throughout the sanctuary!! Thank you for being such an amazing sanctuary to these well-loved angels.

Most of the rides where closed I mean there was literally 3 roller coasters open so short staffed it's not even worth going. Also many of the workers that were working were miserable and very rude. Huge lines. Only plus to this trip was that frighfest people looked cool. Won't go back until they get more staff

It was ok! It has been many years since I have visited and it seems like it has gone downhill but we had a good time. The cost for everything is very high!One thing that was concerning, a child was not tall enough for the rollercoaster and was still let on. The worker was trying to do the right thing but other patrons were yelling to let her on and unfortunately the pressure must have got the best of her because the child was let on the ride. That was absolutely not ok. I have lost a child and it's not something you ever want to experience. I wouldn't trust the attendants to make sure your child is safe to go on the ride.

Thank goodness for their first aid center because I had a minor heart problem while in the water park and they came to my aid very promptly and the female lifeguard was truly helpful. I forgot her name but I greatly appreciate all the staff who assisted me and helped me with my child.

Fright fest has begun. I heard many positive comments from folks leaving after experiencing the special Halloween theme. NOt recommended for youth 12 and under, after 6:00 pm.

I bought the season passes and the season refill drink cup. The best bargain I have ever bought. My family's summer is set. So much fun both on water rides and funfair rides, even grandma can enjoy a sunbathing and gentle swim by the wave pool and lazy river, then nostalgic funfair rides making her feel like a kid again.

It's no disrespect, I outgrow this theme park and I appreciate that they helped me have a great childhood but, I only go for the Kingdom Bound but not the rides anymore. If they had better rides or upgraded the predator then yea.

I love the rides, but they are short rides and only offer one train for the rollercoasters. It would be fantastic if they enforced the no illegal drugs in the park.

Great ticket promotion right now. I paid 120 for 6 tickets which is not bad at all. The lines weren't long, however the prices of the food has gone up and the portions are smaller. There is no reason fried dough should cost $12

The entrance line was the longest line that we had to wait in. Once inside the park, lines were not too bad. The security staff were nice enough to keep 1 lane open for those who did not have any bags to be searched. This lane is usually all the way to the left and you don't really have to wait in the long line. We had 1 person in our group keep all the bags and wait in line while the rest were able to go right in. The security process was not too time consuming and went by rather quickly for a weekday.

Great visit. Didn't like the vape constantly going on. Half the time it's Marijuana and that's not great to have my family around.

You can easily see why this is one of the most beautiful state parks in the entire 🇺🇲. It has great hikes. The middle and upper are fine with kids and elderly folks and you can park and walk from one to the other but the lower falls is a drive then a medium level walk if you're not a regular hiker. The lower falls involves a lot of stairs. It is a carry in carry out park so bring some bags to keep your trash safe till you leave. Cabins looked nice and they have rafting. There are numerous play areas for kids. The views are also breathtaking.

This state park has beautiful waterfalls, campgrounds, and canyon like formation places as well. There are three decks to the waterfall. Upper, middle, and lower. The entry fee to the park is $10 dollars. There are self pay machines like in many other state parks in NY. You can pay using a credit card.Soon after the entry you can see the bridge and a small parking area. There is a small trail of steps to reach the upper falls viewing point. The trail continues to middle and lower falls also. But those are drivable as well.Middle falls have the best views, bigger parking spaces and more people. The rainbow formations adds to the views of the area.Lower falls is also walkable from middle falls parking area. Drive further from the middle falls parking area, you will reach the canyon area, which looks great as well.

I can't express how beautiful this park is! The gorge is amazing. The waterfalls are extraordinary. Everything is very well laid out and nicely put together. The $10/car fee actually seems to go towards the park. I would highly recommend it!

Cold rainy wet December day .. added more to this visit than it took away. The park was open for easily accessible areas but many spots were fenced off for safety. Entrance was free and yet the park was practically empty. During Covid this was comforting. The first stop was the New York mini “Grand Canyon”. It was breathtaking. Armed with umbrellas snapping photos along cleared defined paths and stone walls gave many photo opportunities. The routes were marked clearly with maps and historical information boards. Driving to the middle and high falls was easily done. Arriving at the picnic /playground /parking area after parking I chose to go to the high falls first. This area has look out coves among the cleared paths and stone walls. The middle falls were a short walk along the banks of the water way. Arriving at the middle falls I was able to get up close and personal in a look out cove. As I watched the furious rolling waters amongst the thunderous mesmerizing roar I felt completely at peace.Backtracking out of the park I saw look out points and a tourist shop. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit .. the park is accessible those with disabilities as you can drive to many points to take in the views. For hikers most of the trails were closed as were many entrances. For safety reason and low traffic at this time of year. There are camping areas , cabins, a restaurant and other options available during high season.

My husband and I took our camera to take breathtaking photos of Letchworth State Park. It was our 1st time there. It was amazing. The views are amazing. It's like our very own grand canyon. But way more colorful. Going this time of year brings such vivid colors and it's not too hot or too cold. It was a gorgeous sunny day. We can't wait to go again. It also was one of my mom's favorite places to go.

Great views everywhere you look!This park would take weeks to fully explore. It reminded me of a miniature Grand Canyon. The Autism trail was fun for our granddaughter. The visitors center was educational. I would love to come back and explore the trails…

Excellent state park, imagine this is one of the best state parks in the Eastern United States. Did a 6 mile out and hike checking out all three waterfalls- lower, middle and upper falls. Phenomenal views of the massive gorge, river and the waterfalls. The highlight is definitely the massive middle falls, very impressive coming in from Southern New England. Many visitor center buildings and so many more miles of trails to check out. The place is massive and could easily warrant multiple visits. It costs $10 to enter the park.

There is a snack shop, picnic area at the upper fall viewpoint. Lots of hiking trails. There is $10/car fee to enter the park. I would highly recommend visiting and you could easily spend a day here.

We visited the upper and middle falls. Neither require any significant hiking. Ample parking and bathrooms available throughout the park. Only $10 per car to get in.The falls were really beautiful. If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth checking out and we would like to come back.

This state park lives up to it's #1 ranking. The whole time I spent walking through Letchworth I was surprised it wasn't a national park. There are so many beautiful rest stops and every path is gorgeous. Even in spring before the trees bloomed the sights were breathtaking. Next visit I will most definitely be renting a cabin so I can spend a whole day or two here.

Before you reach the falls at the Letchworth State Park Visitors Center, you encounter this awesome bridge with a set of falls beneath it. Lovely for panoramic photos.There's a section of the park with a beautiful overlook of the bridge and falls together. Stairs take you down to view other parts of the falls downstream.We saw an ad for hot air balloon rides that take off from there, but we didn't see any while we visited.Small refreshment stand and bathroom facilities as well. Hot and buggy on the day we went, but neat if you like waterfalls.

Beautiful park with amazing waterfalls views!The hike along the ridge is easy and mostly flat with some ups and downs via stairs, that are well maintained. This is not a moderate hike, as suggested by various trails apps.The views are gorgeous!They also have a cute visitor center that has snacks and souvenirs.

Beautiful park! Lots of hikes. Picnic and grill areas along the trails . Bring your hiking shoes..some areas have quite some mud and a few moderate trails. Would be Beautiful to catch the hot air balloons flying. Nice place to spend the day . There's also an Inn and a few old school cabins .

This park is amazing! It has some of the best breathtaking views and geological dynamics. The waterfalls are spectacular. There is a trail that takes you to a foot bridge. There you are able to view the middle falls. There was over 100 steps to get to the bridge. I would not recommend someone with knee issues going down to the foot bridge. It is a bit hard to follow the map of the park. The Glen Iris Inn is on site. We did not stay there but we did have breakfast. Would highly recommend the breakfast. We stayed at the Pinewood Lodge that is partnered with the Glen Iris. This was a nice cabin like room with easy accessible walking paths to the falls. Would also recommend staying here.

Letchworth State Park is always a highlight for our family. The whole park is excellent, but we especially like the trail coming down from the Upper Falls top parking to the lower lot for the Upper Falls. We usually hike the stretch from that upper parking lot down to Inspiration Point. It's absolutely amazing. I typically drop the family at the top lot and drive the van down to the lower lot, then I hike up to meet them in the middle. We work our way over to Inspiration Point that way, and the family doesn't backtrack.The trail is always unique, and each season has its own wonders. This week we took some out-of-state friends with us and hiked the trail with Fall foliage starting to peak. No evolutionary advantage there—just an awesome work that is well worth your time. The autumn colors really brought the gorge to life. One of our best visits yet. Highly recommend a visit anytime of year.

This park is full of beautiful natural areas, numerous scenic views, hiking trails, camp sites. One of the best park to hike and admire the fall colors. The drive through the park itself was beautiful and peaceful. such a beautiful park. We spent the whole day. Highly recommended

This place was gorgeous. Everywhere you looked it was just breathtaking. All of the campgrounds are pretty secluded. The park is very long and there are things spread across the entirety of the park. So many trails that go everywhere. Beautiful falls and rivers everywhere as well. If you are able to visit this place you definitely should. It is well worth the trip!

Any time of year is stunning at Letchworth State Park! We had an opportunity recently to visit with local outfitter, Trail Otter for a full moon night hike. The gorge and falls were stunning by moonlight! It will definitely leave you in awe of the natural beauty. There are lots of trails to explore and we are looking forward to an upcoming rafting trip with Adventure Calls. Be sure to plan a full day to explore.

I am so grateful a friend of mine invited me to join her on a trip to this amazing place. I loved everything about it, from the natural splendor, gorgeous waterfalls, the vastness of the park, the amazing collection of trees, the beautiful stone fences, to how well it is maintained. Everything was impeccable, clean and without any fault. We were lucky to be there in a Monday morning, with very few people around, and we could really get closer to the beauty of the place. We are planning on returning for a longer visit, so we can hike on some of the numerous hiking trails of the park. A truly unforgettable place, which I highly recommend.

Staff is very friendly, lots of park police presence for a safe experience, miles of hiking trails and beautiful pull off spots for some amazing views. Great place to camp, get married, and explore!

This park left an amazing impression on me. It is such a rugged yet beautiful landscape. Unfortunately, with it being the winter season, a lot of the park roads were closed. Being fresh off of hernia surgery, I was limited where I could get to on foot. I can't wait to get back and explore all areas of this treasure. There are at least three waterfalls (lower falls road closed). The middle falls section has several flood lights mounted on the rocks that I'm sure will provide an amazing show at dark. The trail between the middle and upper falls was closed (I assume don't freezing spray).

Beautiful scenic park which is nicknamed the “Grand Canyon of the East Coast.” Lovely falls and scenic backdrops full of nature surrounding you with breathtaking views. I was married here and the pictures were so beautiful, some people questioned me as to whether or not it is a fake background prop. Lovely time there. Peaceful and quiet. Check out the restaurant there it was equally delicious where we attended for our dinner party.
